Tokyo Electric Power Co. (9501.TO) said Tuesday that the sound of an explosion was heard at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear complex, but radiation levels haven't increased and no injuries were reported. The explosion was heard around 0530 GMT as wreckage was being removed by remotely controlled heavy machinery on the southern side of the No. 4 reactor building. Tepco said it was possible that a machine ruptured a buried gas tank, causing the explosion, the report said.

As much as Tepco has lied, how do we know there is not something more serious to this explosion heard at Fukushima on Tuesday?

Not to mention, it is listed as a "Nuclear Event" on the RSOE website...

We don't simple.
And neither do we know or not if the Japanese have been hiding a secret Nuclear Weapons Facility underneath this location.
They need to reveal the extent of this potential Pacific Armagedon.
Are the bombs a poppin ?

Jesus Christ. 7 days later we hear of an explosion that took place at a nuclear plant that's in meltdown? This is just getting more and more absurd all the time.

Why can we not have accurate information? Because you worried about fines?

Time for these Japanese to break their "pride" for their jobs and start speaking out about this, I want information from the people that are working there. These people, including the everyday workers, are choosing money over human lives.

I'm scared to even think about the karma of this event for the people involved.

Agreed this is getting to the point of ridiculousness, wait a sect we passed that a month ago. Now we have another explosion, how can they say that the radiation levels have not increased? It would take extraordinary luck (not that the Japanese don't deserve some good luck) to not raise the radiation level.

It probably ment the radiation levels have not increased for japan because the winds are blowing it all out to sea and polluting the rest of the planet, aslong as japan is ok though hey
