Looks like a sea slug to me.

There are many different varieties and tracking this one down would be a long job.

Believe it or not there's a whole forum on them: Sea Slug Forum

And a quick Google Image search brings up the most COLOURFUL page I've ever seen on the internet.

that said, there are all kinds of strange creatures lurking in the ocean. It is probably something really common in that area.

I don't know what it is, but it looks like one of many strange sea creatures.

The ending made it kind of fake-looking but i'm not an expert.

It seems to me more like a self defense mechanism ... though a terrible one at best.
