UK Oil refinery (Pembroke) loud explosion reported

Emergency services are investigating an explosion and fire at an oil refinery in west Wales.

A number of people were injured in the blast at the Chevron plant in Pembroke at around 1820 BST.

Did not see anything on the recent post pages but sorry if this is already old news.

I don't think it sounds that bad (touch wood) but I'm not sure if everybody is accounted for so people could be hurt or worse.

I'm guessing an industrial accident since these kind of places have pretty lapse safety in the UK regardless of what they tell everyone.
