Not a valid comparison. He can refuse to let the officer search his car and still travel on the roadway. You are currently not allowed to refuse to be searched in the airport and still go ahead and fly. Also, an officer is not allowed to pull you over randomly and search your car for the hell of it. They do that in airports.

They are NOT legal searches and seizures.

Please show me the law that says you cannot refuse to be searched, not that it would matter as it is a contract.
Remember you are dealing with a corporation, you contract them to get you from a to b.
Agreed an officer can not pull you over for just any reason, but ask any officer and they will tell you they only need about 30 seconds to find a valid reason to pull someone over.
From there once again most idiots start handing rights away.

Show me where a tsa guard has been arrested or charged for illegal search.

Why, is it because what happens in ones personal life has no bearing on their job performance?... Right!
I guess you would have no problem with this perv doing an extended patdown on your 15 year old daughter or son then? ...Because there is no way he might take liberties and abuse his position of authority is there?

Bring up preachers who molest kids all you want. They are also scum. What Priests or TSA agents do in their private life also matters, especially when it involves child molestation.
