Really?
So when some dupe gives an officer permission to search his vehicle and hopes the cop will not find say,,, drugs.
The cop finds drugs and arrests said dupe on possesion, then the case STANDS up in court.
Did that person give away their right?
Rethink your position maybe.
Hope it helps.

I am sorry that you are ignornt to the law and cannot make a lawful decision using the facts at hand.
But these tsa searches are legal.
It bothers me deeply that you throw stones at me, as I was hoping for your approval.
But I just cannot sacrifice ones rights for another.
I hope someday to be able to come back into your graces.

But that is the thing, it is not my daughter and could not be as I could never surrender my childs rights for my own gain.
I do not fly so I am not subject to giving up my rights.
It sickens me to see these parents giving their childrens rights up just so that they may go have fun for themselves.
I agree, the screenings should end.
Now all we have to do is figure out which law is broken.

Like offered on several pages of this post.
Please someone, if these searches are illegal and un constitutional, why have no tsa guards been arrested and or charges filed?
Please find 1 shred of proof.
Hint: there is none as no law is broken.
Unless you are an actual "Conspiracy Nut" and believe 100% of all police are in on this conspiracy to frisk the world.
There is your task, find me a shred of proof, just 1.
Hope it helps, enjoy!!

I'm sorry to see a man so terrified that he would rather cower in fear of terrorism to the point of handing his balls over to the tsa.

You know what I see with people that support worthless agencies like TSA? I see nothing, but irrational fear mongering.

And...since more people get hit by lightning more than terrorist attacks on a yearly average, the government ought to create an agency that will protect us from lightning strikes. Think of all the people that have died of lightning strikes.....do you want that to happen to you?

TSA is a waste of tax payer dollars...and it helps keep unskilled workers employed, but so does most of retail. Don't make me laugh with your baseless arguments.

Someone tell me how is the TSA making it worth it....

I use to wonder why we here in the West read stories in the media about people sacrificing themselves by blowing up checkpoints.

Now with such checkpoints coming to our soil, I think I understand more clearly. The very idea about handing over ones ownership of their own flesh and blood to strangers daily or be physically unable to move about freely makes one reconsider their place in life.

Unable to move about freely without handing over your privacy or access to your flesh means you are a slave to another. Those that put up with it are cowards who deserve to lose their freedom and ownership of themselves, those who don't put up with it are patriots and true heroes who's acts live on for eternity.

Those who demand I put up with it or defend the TSA because you yourself are a coward - I spit here in your face and I would love to do nothing more than to slap your punk ass down like the weak bitch you are.

We don't have suicide checkpoint bombers in the U.S.A. because for the most part we can move about freely unmolested with the recent exception of the TSA at our airports. It's my belief that if the TSA moved beyond the airports today we would see a rash of suicide bombings, attacks & assaults at such checkpoints.

I look forward to the day when the TSA no longer exists. Peace, Liberty and freedom will reign once again.

TSA sexually assaults mother on Memorial Day, happens to be the topic.
We already know you are hurt by my words.
But please gather yourself long enough to be a productive member of the community.
Add to the conversation or leave.
I think you are angry and shaken to your core that I am right.
If you wanna prove me wrong fine, do it.
Anything else from you is just angry mud.
Hope it helps.

It hardly matters whether this is, in your mind. When the fog clears you will remember that she is your beloved soul sister, and you love her more than a trillion kazillion distractons here. I suggest choosing that awareness now.

Also, flying is something of a necessity for many. Not to mention the best way to travel and safer than long distant ships, this is how you attend your daughers funeral if you live across country. Visit mom. Also for those working abroad, flying can be a necessity.

What is the option then, become unemployed, should this be a part of your career, go on assistance or jump off a roof rather than starve to death if the dog eat doggers have their say?

Do you think you have to give in to tryanny and unjust rules and have no rights?

Well if you do have that low mindset, its not going affect what I think and accord humanity.

OK so you are saying that because you do not know of any wrong doing and cannot find the real reason you are angry, you would prefer people to strap on a bomb and go blow people up?
What if there were women or children there?
I think a person who would kill a woman or child "a coward - I spit here in your face and I would love to do nothing more than to slap your punk a** down like the weak b**** you are".
What if the "elite" who have actually put the system into place were not there?
The trick is to think clearly, figure out what is wrong and then do something about it legally.
But you cannot even prove that any wrongdoing is taking place as no tsa guards have been arrested or even had charges filed against them for "illegal search".
Maybe the tsa is looking for non thinking, bomb strapped, brainwashed, followers.

It is funny that you would point me in the direction of awareness, as I have figured out no law has been broken.
If I am wrong, please by all means show me.
Until then it is my "soul sisters" angry poo flinging.
I understand some need to fly for work, I say bummer, if you are gonna live in the corporate world then put up with the corporate rules, I never flew at all in my career.
So, if I was able to do for myself and family and quite well I might add and never had to bow to the corporation with my "low mindset", imagine what one of you smart types could accomplish wiith your "high mindset".
Hope it helps.

I have added to the conversation. Let me repeat this one more time for you, so that maybe you'll understand it better. In my opinion, men or women who sit back and defend agencies such as the TSA are cowards living in fear of terrorism. Terrorism has won, because you have chosen to give up your bodily rights and allow your genitals to be felt up, so that you can feel secure.

If you are comfortable having your genitals felt at the airport by someone you don't know, then good for you. I on the other hand am not and never will be. And I refuse to live in so much fear that I would allow it for me or my family.

I'm not here to prove you wrong, I'm just calling it as I see it. As far as I am concerned, these pat downs do nothing but provide a false sense of security. Because if someone truly wanted to blow up a plane, they will find a way, and sticking hands in pants and touching people's genitals will never stop that.

If you feel safer on a plane because grandma, or a five year old little girl had their genitals checked for bombs, then that's your reality, not mine.

The airlines were made just about as secure as they can get when they hardened the cockpit doors, changed policy's, put Air Marshals on board and the people (passengers) will also not standby and be victims ever again without a fight now that we know what can happen. The airline policy's toward hijackers at the time of 9II was let them do as they wish - that is no longer the case. If I had a terrorist or potential hijacker on my aircraft I'd snap his neck quick. We know who they are and where they come from, but we have morons commenting here that think it's okay to feel up grandma, little boys and girls to pretend were doing something to stop terrorist.

The TSA's job was/is to screen passengers in a manner that is within our laws - the highest one being Our Constitution. The recent implementation of touching passengers in their private areas or looking under their clothes is a clear violation of the highest law of the land. Nothing else matters, either they follow our laws or they are in violation. Their policy's do not trump law and they are in clear violation.

It is my hope that eventually they will be corrected though our justice system in time. Those who wish to turn the U.S. into a penitentiary where they can pluck away at our pockets at will and control us by stealing our privacy are the enemy by choosing to attack our rights and our Constitution. The solution is simple. Keep your stinking paws of us you damn dirty TSA apes.

Sadly there is always collateral damage when evil agencies like Hitlers SS, or in this case those attempting to use the TSA as a police force without following the rule of law that all other police agencies must follow inside the U.S. and its territory's.

I will not give up my freedom or rights just because some stupid punks think letting some low IQ morons fiddle under grandmas and children's underwear think that's the solution when it clearly is not. Wake up the TSA is trying to police Americans which has nothing what so ever to do with Terrorism or Terrorist.

Children, you ask as if you really care about them - just keep them away from the TSA and they'll definitely be safer. How much of their soul gets killed every time the TSA stranger touches them? How many children getting molested by TSA agents is enough for you? How many American children will you sell as slaves to corporations & foreign Bankers just for your false safety?

Well, then there is something we can agree on!
I do not like the idea of the pat downs either.
But I have taken the logical path rather than just getting mad.
What I have found is there is no legal recourse.
As long as people consent to the pat downs they will continue, it is simple as that.
I thank you for the logical cool headed response.
Now to figure out how to beat them at their own game in their own casino.

My only recourse is to not fly and speak of the evils of surrendering your rights for securities.

What I am telling you is the tsa have not violated any law.
Otherwise there would be charges filed and tsa guards would be getting arrested for it.
The only other explanation like I have said several times is, the police all of them are in on the biggest conspiracy to grope the world, and I doubt that.
We need to get beyond the angry stage and figure out what can be done.
Because obviously nobody is getting arrested for it.
Now we can go back and forth till we're blue in the face or look for a solution.

IT ABSOLUTELY IS sexual assault, by EVERY definition. If you are touched without your consent on your genitals, it is SEXUAL ASSUALT!!!!!!!!!

I challenge ANYONE to try and touch my daughter on the genitals, I will knock them on their ass.

Jaden

And I suppose if someone touches you, aka slightly touches you with their little finger on your arm that's physical assault if you haven't given your consent? Get a grip....

Not a valid comparison. He can refuse to let the officer search his car and still travel on the roadway. You are currently not allowed to refuse to be searched in the airport and still go ahead and fly. Also, an officer is not allowed to pull you over randomly and search your car for the hell of it. They do that in airports.

They are NOT legal searches and seizures.

Actually if it done in a threatening manner it absolutely is considered assault. You actually don't have to be touched at all to be assaulted. If you are physically assaulted, it becomes assault and battery...
