22-page brief filed with FBI claims 'irrefutable proof' document a fraud

This is the first of three articles on the criminal complaint that scanner-expert Doug Vogt filed last week with the FBI.

An international expert on scanners and document-imaging software filed a 22-page criminal complaint with the FBI, charging that the long-form birth certificate released by the White House is criminally fraudulent.

"What the Obama administration released is a PDF image that they are trying to pass off as a Certificate of Live Birth Long Form printed on green security paper by the Hawaiian Health Department," Doug Vogt writes, "but this form is a created forgery."

Get the inside details on what could be the most serious constitutional crisis in modern history, in "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama is Not Eligible to be President," autographed by the author!

Vogt's criminal complaint asserts: "I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011, is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs, and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028, and therefore an impeachable offense."

When the Obama birth certificate "forgery" comes to the public's attention, Vogt continues, "It will surpass all previous scandals including the Watergate scandal of the Nixon administration."

Since 1993, Vogt has owned Archive Index Systems Inc., in Bellevue, Wash., a company that sells a wide variety of document scanners worldwide and develops document imaging software.

Before that, Vogt owned Nova Typesetting for 11 years.

I haven't read Corsi's book yet. I was ready to buy it when I was duped by the false story that it was being pulled of the shelves. I am looking forward to considering the evidence he presents. I am not convinced that Obama was born in Kenya, neither an I 100% convinced he was born in Hawaii. So I guess I am on the fence,

I can hardly wait for the rabid loyalists on each side of this issue to start the name calling and character assassination.

Baffling to me how this isn't grabbing the attention of the masses. I've seen mutliple videos by experts explaining in plain language and demonstration how this doc is bogus. THEY are even baffled as to how bad the forgery is!

Well, he claimed it would be the most transparent administration in years. That's one promise he kept. He's doing everything in plain sight and very few are calling him out.

As a people, we have become numb, preoccupied and distracted.

What does this actually mean "filed"?

Is there a set procedure, with lawyers and case numbers and FBI agents tasked to the case?
Or is it just "some guy sends a letter to them in the post"?

Here's the problem: people can file a million suits and it doesn't matter. Just like in the Blago case, Obama reserves the right to not appear or testify in court. Doing so under oath and having to answer any and all questions truthfully is deemed as a security risk. Further, all of the supporting documentation has been sealed and classified. Doubtful Obama will allow any of it to be declassified, rather he would more than likely overturn any such attempt. He is quite deft at issuing executive orders and classifying the color of his underwear, so what's the point to all of this?

Show me the BC is becoming the new "we will have disclosure".

I have seen the claim made over and over again that you cannot prove that a pdf file is a forgery. If that is true, how can it be proved that a pdf file is a legitimate representation of the real birth certificate?
I am surprised there is hardly any scrutiny by the mainstream media of the pda version of the longform BC. It is as if the moment Obama stated that it was real they accepted it without any credulity.... Case closed!

The very fact that Obama refused to release the Longform right from the start causes me to question it's validity. He may very well have been born in Hawaii but I will always have my doubts.
Why doesn't Obama make a formal request to Kenya to stop the efforts to memorialize his birth there by building a museum to honor Obama’s birthplace in his family’s home village of Kogelo?

It was certified a real copy of a real document by officials of the state of Hawaii. It makes no difference about the vehicle of the copy or any real or imagined anomalies,

If you have a beef with this go accuse these people of fraud -- that should be your stating place not filing a report with the FBI about hings you retrieved from places where the sun don't shine.

I agree that most are satisfied with the State of Hawaii's validation of the authenticity of the document. However, the history of corruption in the US is such that it causes reasonable doubt in the minds of many. In ATS we have people accusing the government of all manner of conspiracies from ushering the NWO to conspiring to causing 9/11.

The history of corruption by elected officials is long and deep.From Operation paperclip to the bay of Pigs, from Watergate to Weapons of Mass Destruction. Hardly a day goes by that you don't hear of some congressman, senator or governor embroiled in some scandal.

I have no doubt that the scoundrels in office, on both sides of the aisle, are so morally void of ethics that they would stop at nothing to keep their positions of power and influence. If there is corruption it will not be rooted out by loyal supporters who believe their candidate is God's gift to humanity. Their objectivity is impaired.

If Obama has nothing to hide then let him and his supporters get out of the way and stop hindering those who doubt his qualifications. Obama should welcome such scrutiny in order to ease the doubts of his critics.

This would certainly be in line with Obama's claim to desire transparency. I readily acknowledge that some people will never believe Obama regardless of the evidence, that is not the case for all. If Obama's goal is truly to unite America, he still has the opportunity. The ball is still in his court.

Many will claim that Obama has already done all he can....I do not agree. His actions have proved divisive, which is probably by design. I have not yet reached a solid conclusion on the whole BC issue. I hope that Obama allows for a more of his documentation & history to be released.

What does it matter if Obama's birth certificate says he's from the Moon? He clearly has no control over much as he's proven with the debt crisis. But that must have been part of the plan and is so so terrifying to think about that I don't know how others do it.

So does that mean that hte whites who back Ron Paul or George Bush or whoever without question are also racist? That reminds me of a couple of funny situations, back in the 2008 campaign.

See, I doubt you watched this particular debate - it was between Clinton and Obama on Meet the Press, and I doubt you watch Democratic debates with any more frequency than I watch Republican ones. But the Moderator, in this case Tim Russert, came up with a left-field question for Obama. "Do you denounce Louis Farrakhan?" Sen. Clinton then followed up, asking obama to "reject" mr. Farrakhan.

Now, regardless of your opinion of Louis Farrakhan, fact is, he'd made no supportive gestures towards Barack Obama, was not involved in the campaign, nothing. So what was the connection there? Tim didn't turn the question to Sen. Clinton, and ask if she "denounced" or "rejected" David Duke, after all.

Later on, Barack Obama was lambased for being part of Jeremiah Wright's church. Now right or wrong as you may feel that case is, Mrs. Palin was never given the same treatment when, at her church in Fairbanks, she was blessed against demons and possessing spirits by a self-professed witch hunter.

Later on, when Colin Powel, rather late in the game gave his support to Obama's bid for the presidency, the media exploded about how it was just a matter of "race loyalty," that Powell was crossing party lines out of some idea of racial solidarity rather than because he thought that Obama might actually be the better candidate. Yet when Joe Lieberman (still a Democrat at the time) threw his support to John McCain, no one suggested that it was a matter of racial identity.

Sen. Clinton was not asked to repudiate David Duke because it was already assumed that she did. However, it was also assumed that because they're both black men, that obama had some connection to Farrakhan, and had to be put through the wringer to clear that up.

Lieberman can reach an informed decision about who he supports for president, regardless of skin colors, but Colin Powell, despite being a four-star general, Secratary of State, and an obviously intelligent man (probably vastly more so than Lieberman) cannot form an opinion that isn't based off "He be black, too!"

And of course, here you are - black voters who support Barack Obama are all racists, and can't get a thought in their heads beyond race, while you and anyone else who supports a white candidate is doing so after a reasoned and intelligent internal debate over the pros and cons.

Nevermind that African-Americans were probably the demographic most critical of obama, and the various black political organizations are often in opposition to him due to his useless centrist positions... They're black, so they MUST be adoring fans, right?

But you're not a racist, no sir, you just think that he's a muslim from Kenya who has the support of a bunch of ignorant negros who can't think for themselves, nothing racist about that.

He hates the America I grew up in and I hate him for it, and the color of his skin has nothing to do with it.

The America I grew up in didn't pit rich against poor for political gain. It's clear by your post that in your eyes Barry can do no harm, whereas I believe he's even worse than Bush, and that's bad.

The greatest thing Obama could do would be to denounce Britain. Our alliance with America has hurt British and even European Socialism and Democracy greatly.
