Non-custodial fathers who have been unemployed for 2 years or more.....are in arrears of child support......got a solution to them paying the debt off as the system stands as is today without having to look for a job?

Can you be more specific? $15,000 gone amiss, how? Did your mother receive it or did the Govt not pass it on?
In regards to your parents, no one is perfect and their private lives is not for you to judge other than your own personal relationship with them.

I'll give you a star for that because you seem more reasonable than the resident femnazi. But I have to ask. How the heck is he in arrears for $34-grand? What are his payments in the first place?
Also, if I may ask, were you married to the father, how many children do you have, and how many children are his?

Oh I see, so the main carers should go out and look for fulltime work while the unemployed non-custodial parent of 2 years sits on his arse for another 2 years or more? Yep.....that would work (rolls my eyes thinking where do these people on public message boards crawl out of....)edit on 20-6-2011 by bluemirage5 because: (no reason given)

Yes, we were married and have 2 beautiful children together. He is 34,000.00 in arrears because he relocated and we could not find him. He had remarried (she kept maiden name) a woman who owned a small company and he was her employee. I opened a case with the State of Alabama, but they actually said that they were overloaded and could not work on the case, so I transferred my case to Louisiana and voila! They arrested him and ordered him to pay 393.00 a month plus 100.00 in arrears. Whew, long story. Update: Missed child support payment again for May and June.edit on 20-6-2011 by Erica1631 because: (no reason given)

On a much earlier thread quite some time ago I was quite clear about these cases so I'm going to repeat myself on this thread.
Except where the children have been legally adopted or were concieved as part of an IVF program......if the paying parent of the child is proven not to be biologically his then he should NEVER be forced to pay child support in any shape or form.
