Why is abortion illegal for men but not women?

I was against abortion, but if that kid hadn't been born. I would be where my mother was when she had me as a teen, unable to care or feed for her child. Couldn't give me meds when I was sick. In her care I almost died from a rare strain of ecoli.

So your solution is to kill the child before it even has a chance.

For the record when my gf was preg, I wanted to be a dad. I can honestly say that and was denied but I've had time to realize, I would have been a #ty parent, cause neither of us were ready, or even had money.

You don't need money to love a child.

If you raise a kid, and are. Doing it broke, no food, meds, or even shelter that Is your own. then I can honestly say that person shouldn't have kids. Does this make me heartless, for wanting to bring a kid into a horrible life.

I will not post the images directly on here because the images are graphic... but a 8 week old fetus is not a bunch of cells! It has fingers, toes and eyes just like us!

But they have to convince themselves it is just a clump of cells...otherwise they admit how demented their thought process is.

People lie to themselves to justify their actions and beliefs...I believe another group of people did that as well when they looked the other way while others killed jews for being inferior.

Yes...I agree, everyone should take responsibility for their actions. You shouldn't be a coward and try to skirt your responsibilities after you have made the decision to have sex knowing one of the outcomes may be pregnancy.

My mom was a single parent, with two kids. She couldn't do it, she lived on welfare, wasn't enough food for all three of us, so we took turns having meals, one day its my brothers, another it's me then my mom. With a week, we got two meals.

This is why I'm for abortion for people who cannot care for their kids, cause then they other grow up Fu*ked in the head, or have a disattachment for others.

What buttercookie doesn't understand is that if you kill all the poor people, a new generation of poor people break away from the current rich people. In Capitalism there must be a majority of poor and uneducated to exploit for there to be an upper class rich society. You could kill all the poor people tomorrow and the poor would regenerate. Because the rich NEED poor to exploit and profit from. Without the poor there is no massive profit or riches.

The poor are holding nobody back. The rich owe their lives to the poor, actually.

But in my opinion, welfare recipients should TOTALLY be sterilized first...no need for continued reproduction until they are able to sustain themselves.

I have been a welfare recipient. I honestly wished that I wasn't able to reproduce while on assistance, but I did.

No killing poor people is inhuman, the current governmental system allows rich and poor classes. When everyone should be equal, thus no child would go hungry, or sick. The real problem is our economy and how the government is running things.

Communism without dictatorship kinda like socialism, and they are good things. The only ones against them are people brainwashed by fox news (it's not news it's propaganda) they shove their ideas down your throat, and because it's on tv you don't question it.

My point being, if we were able to reshape our political system, no pointless wars and spendings. A resource based economy, where everyone pitches in a little and gets their weekly meals,shelter water etc.

But isn't the whole basis of welfare designed to be temporary? So if a woman needs welfare for 3 months to leave an abusive husband, she should be automatically steralized? Even when she pays back the 3 months of welfare in taxes at the end of the year?

I agree with this, as you can see in my post.

People tend to think that is being inhumane. Its being in humane when people who cannot sustain themselves or anyone else keep reproducing, just because they can.

People also look at this point of view and see it as population control, something that I agree that we do need.

They say they don't want any government telling them what they can and can't do with their body. Somethings need a lil control, tho.

At best, reproduction should be REGULATED.
