Lived all my days as a civilian in America. From my earliest memories I have loved this country. At the same time I have had nothing but contempt and seething hate for our selected officials. This goes all the way back
to the 1963 socialist coupe de tat, that was inclusive with Kennedys assassination. I believe we've had a socialistic zionist shadow government since Nov 22 1963. It has had to remain in the closet so to speak, behind a decaying facade of democracy for fear of the American people over running DC. And as a rule and by the thread I linked to above, you can tell most people just don't get it. Most people want to just go forward and keep right on voting despite the absolute insanity of it.

A socialist government like Russia or China or No.Korea, dosn't have tell lies to it's people. Because the people know what a socialist rule means. The government does what it wants, to who and where it wants when it wants. No questions (or you're next)
can be asked and so, the need for lies is not a factor. So why would a free world democratic government that was once a republic, have to tell lie after lie on top of lies ? A good reason for that is just what I've been describing. You see a free country's government shouldn't have lie to it's people. But all we get is the charade of, I'll lie to you and you vote for the best liar. Only politicians put in the position as they are in the U.S.S.A. do they have to lie. That's why the lies you see are getting worse. The Birth certificate . Obama kills O'sama. It's getting to the point they can tell you people that black is really white. Why are the lies getting worse ? Because they are well past the point with technology, that they need not remain in the closet much longer. That being the case I don't even love this country anymore.

The only thing left to love is the land itself and my home and family. We're a nation of has beens and we suck.
Some of you at this point, may want to hit me with one of the slogans, "Like it or leave it Pal". I intend to. Some how, some way I want out. So my question to ATS is... Wouldn't it be fun if I petitioned congress for a real bail-out? First I'd have to make sure I didn't use a corporate jet to get there. I'm sure a modest amount that might set
a family four up, on a vineyard in France, just outside Paris ? What does ATS think ? Does anyone here know exactly how I could go about doing this ? I could be a sort of test dummy for anyone that might like to follow ? What if congress for all we know, is wondering why the rest of us arn't following suit, behind the others looking for a hand out? It could only be worth a try ? Just a modest bail-out for me really ? At least I truly need it to bail TF out of here. Things are just getting to wierd. Maybe the owners and CEOs of ATS should ask for a bail out for all of us ? Washington might like the idea of getting rid of us all, if we can just some how be a big enough pain in the Snipity: IDK. Maybe we can all, who are in America be in a miracle as well? Just bail right TF out.

Maybe I get some ideas from my peoples ? What say you?

You were thinking China ? Come on China's like a different planet or dimension. The language has got to be the closest sounding thing we have to alien. Culture shock much. I like women to much to ever become a Shao lin.

I feel your pain and i;m exactly your age (after 50 I quit counting - worst birthday I ever had)
Being disabled with 4 kids and 2 grandkids I'm gonna have to stick it out.
France sounds mighty nice - m' wife lived there for a bit and she loved it but I'm sure it's changed as much as America has in the last 30 years.
There are very few places on Earth now the US government cannot reach out and touch you if they wanted.
Heck, there's hardly any wilderness left for anyone to run to.
I hope you get your bail out and can go somewhere that's not so hypocritical as America.
When they chained the people to the bankers debt with the TARP bailouts that was the point where everyone should have stood up and said "NO!".
But we didn't. They told us it was "necessary" to save the economy blah blah blah,
God forbid they should have to sell their Rolls-Royces.

Yah ! We both know this is fantasy thread. Based in reality mostly for youngsters with foriegn wives.

Some people got it made.

Spoonbender

I wish you all the luck in whatever you do .
As long as you get TF up out of here. I'm like animals, I really have to much to even be able to leave but I don't know that it would stop me given the chance.

I hear Libya is nice this time of year, or maybe you could try out the Democratic Republic of the Congo. I've heard Bukavu is the place to be there, best of luck to you finding your new home.

Can't understand you leaving out hell as a go to recommendation. Thanks for the Bon voyage.

I'm still hoping someone comes up with a procedure or documentation on how a commoner might petition congress. I'm hoping thru that there will be some observable method to madness in this thread.

I just want to point out that for all the problems America has, there are far worse places to be in the world today.

Ok I see that as almost the same thing, as someone being farther down on there luck, than they've ever been.
So far down that they can't help but say to someone,
" Well at least now I know what rock bottom looks like " as they believe it can't get any worse. Yet as soon as they say that? He finds out just how much more worse it can get. Many never make it back to the point where they said that. But they would give anything to be back at rock bottom. I have seen this a number of times with my own eyes. And experienced this phenomena myself and was young and resourceful enough to bounce with ease.
If it happened today ? Oblivion.

Life is a cursed thing. But I love it, all the same.

But of course I agree with you.

Living in America is still awesome. Truth be told, there is a very, very wide range of climates, cost of living, labor markets in the US.

The problem is life is getting better for only a few, while the vast majority are losing their will to work for the common good, as they see no common good coming out of their work.

It could be just that simple too. But it isn't. I've always known there is something terribly wrong with this country.
Isn't there ?
