Every one of America's allies controls America's foreign policy. I think this is true. I think Israel and the Brits have the largest chunk of influence, but at the end of the day America doesn't really care what Israel wants. America controls Israel, I think. And uses it as a puppet for whenever it wants a war to test new military hardware, or get a region under its influence. Rome did it in Spain, and Russia did it in Europe. It's a scapegoat strategy. While they blame Israel, America takes over the region. In this case, because most of the oil goes to Asia, I think its to prevent a war with China over resources.

However, I don't think Iran is very advanced. Not beyond 80s tech. It's a different world. America is quite literally technologically a century ahead of Iran. It's like a giant gorilla is standing between two flies fighting. The gorilla maybe likes the fly with red eyes more than the one with black eyes, who knows. it could squish either at will.

I don't agree that we don't really care what Israel wants. Do you follow American presidential politics? And in the Yom Kippur War we went to Defcon 3 over the threat to Israel. I remember the Phantom jets patrolling the LA Basin. Scary! That was no joke, and you better believe Israel is under our nuclear umbrella, regardless of their own impressive deterrent capability.

Saying America controls Israel beggars credulity. Examples of this control? I'm not sure you are keeping up with current events, because Netanyahu just told BHO to stuff it regarding returning to 1967 borders. Some control. The Brits? Are you kidding? They damn well do our bidding. Don't you remember all the caricatures of Blair as Bush's poodle in the British press during Desert Storm? Iranians stuck in the '80's? Google Iranian military technology. Ever heard of supercavitating torpedoes? Goodby aircraft carrier group.

Do you think Israel SHOULD be under our nuclear umbrella? When can they take care of themselves? They have an appreciable nuclear arsenal themselves, and some of the best fighter pilots in the world. When do we let them leave the nest?

I think the US and Brits are basically just equals in relationships. They help each other, but it does seem the british do whatever we want since ww2. I think Israel is under our control because quite literally they are the only reason we are still in the middle east and they do what we say. They bark at a lot of stuff, but in the end, they do what we say. They are voicy, as you saw with this most recent scandal. However, Obama, I think, was ignorant of what he was speaking of. He's not the brightest in terms of history. I think he doesn't care much about Israel. Obama wants control of America. It's obvious he's less interested in what's happening over there then over here. I get the image he lets the generals do what they want, where with Bush basically he let Dick Cheney do whatever he wanted with the army. It seems like Obama is focusing on domestic things, and literally giving the army free range and autonomy. The Army has an invested interest in controlling Israel, and it might b safe to say that the military of the US controls the political actions of Israel, whereas the US political sector basically has been ignoring Israel.

See America is becoming too bureaucratic. The result is that different parts of America is doing different things. Under Obama, The military has free range to do what it feels is needed, the Politics are focused on the domestic, and Israel is a political afterthought. No president in their right mind would have said those things to Israel. Obama has simply not cared about Israel because of what he's doing in domestic issues. As a result, Israel has less influence, and indeed, has been cast aside as for something to dig up in the closet. One of the results of this is the media backdrop over the region. The media doesn't care because the government doesn't care. The army doesn't care, so the government doesn't care. Nobody cares, so Israel basically just does whatever it wants, and that means pretty much genocide for anyone in the way.

Start observing the dynamic I'm talking about. It's literally a breakup of the unity seen under Bush, not that it was a good thing. It's just that there is growing autonomy within the government because Obama's main concern is domestic issues and a very conservative view of foreign issues. By that I mean, keep it as it is, don't try to change anything. Then why attack Libya you may ask? The military is more autonomous now. And they're getting less money. IE, they want to do easy tasks and quick fixes to keep their image while the government focuses on fixing domestic issues. Libya looked like an easy job. Kill one guy, call it done. It was a mistake, and the president doesn't care enough, so the army is just doing whatever it wants.

You're probably not going to see much presidential affect on the army other than financing and priority. Now where does Israel come into that? Israel just doesn't matter any more. It's become its own little shell, so it wants to make things as it wants. And that's why nothings going to change until th next president, assuming he wants to change anything.

I don't hostly have much proof for these claims, but just watch. Observe and see the words of the political and military leaders. Compare them to Bush, and even other presidents before. Obama is letting the military do what it wants to keep things constant in a changing time. It's a recipe for disaster if you ask me, but when we're leaving the middle east and selling our allies there our old toys as we upgrade the military by 2014, you'll probably see the army continuously being autonomous in its actions, ignoring Israel because they're more concerned with South East Asia and the Eastern middle East.

Although Israel is one Hoopoe with a wicked bite, I think they must remain under our protective umbrella to prevent the admittedly unlikey and probably suicidal scenario of a first-strike attempt at knocking out their nuclear capability. I say this even though I strongly suspect their involvement in 9/11.

I can't address your last post point by point. I guess we will have to agree to disagree. However, I will say that the military was dragged into Libya, which is why we are in a mainly support role in that conflict. Gates basically told BHO that if there were American boots on the ground in Libya, he could find himself a new Defense Secretary (a good idea in my opinion.)

Seems legit. Nobody wants to be in that war. I think It is just all a mistake we should let them handle themselves. It's as if the president mumbled something over his shoulder to a general asking what they should do and then BHO went back to something else. So the general basically just didn't know what to do. General Ham isn't someone to just bounce into a warzone if you know anything about him. Man values his troops, and isn't going to go start a war for no reason.

They use the above verses to experiment on border-less nations. This is Atheism (survival of the fittest), using Judaism as a vehicle to do its dirty work.
