Oh boy...here come the predictions...

I predict that people will say that this was predicted as a sign that the world is about to end...

Hey, great post on the OP's part.

Can these be seen with binoculars or do you need a high poweredtelescope?

As a result I predict a thousand fold increase in the number of youtube videos showing lens flares Nibiru during the coming months.

To be fore-warned is to be fore-armed!

There will be a partial solar eclipse June 1st, a total lunar eclipse June 15th, and a partial solar eclipse July 1st. Equally spaced out. This is pretty bizarre.

Any ideas on where these will be visible from?
On the internet.... Duh!

Just like we watch everything else!

Can't be viewed from the US?! Another failure of the Obama administration!

J.K. - I'm no Obama fan, but he does seem to get blamed for EVERYTHING. Guess that's what happens when you wear the daddy-pants.

What? No mention of the great seer's lost book of prophecy?

This picture is supposed to be the date of the end of time, doomsday if you will. Notice the three eclipses below the wheel of time. I always assumed they were lunar eclipses but an interesting bit to add to the discussion.

Care to elaborate as to why this would indicate the end of the world is near? Don't misconstrue that comment. I'm not trying to bash you. I just am hoping you'll pull out some bible prophecy as I enjoy reading it.

There is no Bible prophecy regarding eclipses signaling the End Times, unless one assumes that it is what is meant by this passage:

Luke 21:11
There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.

There is a particular pastor (Mark Biltz) that believes eclipses do signal the End Times when they fall on Jewish holiday dates and occur in a "tetrad" (next one is 2014/ 2015), but he's pretty much considered a nut job by most.

Not only is the spacing bizarre, but, to me, the locations: The first partial solar eclipse moves across the arctic. The second partial solar eclipse is in Antarctica.

Polar opposite points on the earth, no pun intended, one month apart.

Strange...

The binoculars could be used... but a telescope is way better for burning your retina if those are your intentions.

I was going to say something to that effect!

I don't believe these eclipses will portend anything biblical, but it would sure add fuel to the conspiratorial fire if something big happened right after them!

I'm suggesting that this is an interesting coincidence. We'll see if anything overt happens June 15th

Eclipse #2 today! It will be one of the darkest and longest of the century.

When will the Eclipse Occur?

Check out when the Eclipse starts all over the world!

The eclipse’s total phase lasts for 100 minutes.

The penumbral eclipse (“P1”) begins at 17:24:37 Universal Time (UT) and the partial eclipse (“U1”) begins at 18:22:57 UT.

The total eclipse (“U2”) begins at 19:22:29 UT and the point of the greatest eclipse occurs at 20:13:43 UT.

The umbral eclipse magnitude will reach 1.71 at the instant of greatest eclipse, making it one of the darkest eclipses in history.

The total eclipse (“U3”) ends at 21:02:42, followed by the end of the partial eclipse (“U4”) at 22:02:14 UT. The penumbral eclipse (“P4”) ends at 23:00:41 UT.
