Has anyone hard of Suse Studios Where you can customize your own version of LInux Suse.

I have not got the one I was working on up yet, but its a really cool idea....

I not so long ago switched to openSUSE 11.4 which I love by the way. Love the link.

Heard of it, don't like Suse. I like PC Linux Mini Me. Basic KDE 4 environment, you build it to be the OS you want. Then you can use the tools that come with it, and create a bootable CD with your custom OS, and install it on any PC. You can also build a Slax distro at their site too.

Cool thanks, I would like to customize one of my own, I am having trouble with this Suse studos, I was hoping someone has done it before.

You could always start from barebones; www.linuxfromscratch.org... (literally from scratch)

Very fun project that gives you full control of your system... though its not for the faint hearted, lots of headaches in the process lol.
