I'm not sure what order these come in, I suppose it's how I feel at the time or what is most pressing:
Making sure my dog is happy and that each day is a good one for him
Ditto me
Being at peace with myself
Getting an adequate amount of sleep - without this it's hard to achieve any of the above
Trying to do some good in the world. It usually amounts to feeding the birds and looking out for bees and other small creatures who have fallen in the
road - but they're all important too
Understanding that if I am to achieve anything, first of all I have to know what it is that I want. That sounds obvious, but quite often it isn't. So,
first set the goal
Get into the habit of achieving goals so that with each success I become more confident next time I try to do anything, but understand that some
things need to happen when the time is right. So learn patience.
Biggest aim of all - to get out in a better condition than I was in when I started.
This is a bit more than the one thing, but it's all related and everything is aimed towards the final thing on the list.
