To be honest every day this mission goes on the more and more I feel we should have just let it be. Every time a dictator kills his own people the demonize the west for doing nothing. When the West, especially the US does do something, they call it genocide.

Can't have it both ways folks. War ain't a nice thing.

What do you know about dictators ? what do you know about Libya ..nothing ..you are just a false patriot paying with your tax money tomahawks who bring "democracy" and blood.

Yep, war is war.

Bad things happen in war. That's the reality of it.

I don't like it any more than you do.

If you dont like it stand against the war...call your americans soldiers and friends home ..what is happening in Libya is not your job ...Gaddafi never attacked your freedom

yep, I am sick of Americans policing the world.

either.

I'll take it at a case by case basis.

I'm not against war. I am against dumb war policy.

I'll leave it up to you to figure out exactly what that means.

I would also add that it isn't the authority of the UN, the Arab league, or NATO to send us to war as the President has done.

It is up to congress. And now we're beyond even the War Powers Act...

I'm not quite sure what should be done at this point. All I can say is that I can't wait till 2012.

I disapprove of the military action in Libya as much as anybody.

However, this is not a genocide. That's ridiculous and sensational terminology. There is no deliberate targeting of a group of people based on ethnic, racial or cultural identity. There is deliberate targeting of military installations.

Iraq was wrong, but it was not a genocide.
Afghanistan is wrong, but it is not a genocide.
Libya is wrong, but it is not a genocide.

Honestly, if you can't see the bias in the 'open appeal', then you might need to adjust your focus. Most civilian deaths are the result of the Libyan rebels and Gaddafi's men, not the targeted NATO airstrikes.

The most blatant human rights violations in the area were committed by Gaddafi and his mercenaries. Whether you support the military intervention or not (I do not), you can't call this a genocide. It simply isn't.

Gadaffi's son was in the process of forwarding
that evidence to MSM when he was killed by
a NATO missile strike.

Serbians were Muslims?
There are political and financial reasons for attacks. Mainly this is about areas of influence. Religion has nothing to do with it. And calling NATO strikes on Lybia a genocide is insane. You can completely disagree with that, condone shady reasons behind it, cry out about killings of civilians - but it is still not a genocide.
I remind you that last time Russian sources claimed genocide it was in Georgian strike in South Ossetia and it all was propaganda lies.

I think McCain is a snake in the grass
just like the rest of DC. Still, it doesn't
get us any closer to stopping these
illegal attacks by NATO over a currency
dispute.

simple version is:

Gadaffi led a ME summit to trade oil
in gold instead of US Petro Dollars.

Every ME nation at the summit who sided
with Gadaffi on the vote, their regime is under
siege.

Coincidence ???

hardly think so.

that's the Rothschild's US Dollar.
they own it through the FED RESERVE.

Gadaffi was fighting against the Rothschilds
monopoly of the oil industry with the US Petro
Dollar. Now he has NATO missiles coming
at him from all directions.

Sure, he was a despot and a dictator.
Just does not negate the fact of where
he stood concerning the Rothschilds
US Dollar.
