Mysterious fund allows Congress to spend freely, despite earmark ban

The defense bill that just passed the House of Representatives includes a back-door fund that lets individual members of Congress funnel millions of dollars into projects of their choosing.

Congressional leaders are trying to unearth a legislative pathway that would raise the country's debt ceiling and now this?

Theyre all hypocrits and liars, saying one thing on tv and doing the complete opposite behind closed doors.

I think the corruptness in washington just hit an all-time high...they seem to be intentionally trying to drive this country into the ground all for their own personal gain...disgusting

Probably just black ops military projects so diabolical and senseless waste of taxpayer dollars that if they told anyone they'd get arrested so all in all it is much better all around that we don't know. Nice name.

Yeah not like the good old days when they were rigging the voting machines and stealing the elections.

They gonna say: We cant disclose what those projects are, due to national security.
When you look at it, it all make sense.

Right now, theres definitely a group of folks who want the US of A to go rock bottom.
Just look around with all the manifestations. That wont help for economic stability.
