In a separate development, we published a warning last week from a self-described MI6, FSB and Serbian triple agent using the code name Alexander that the Camp Bondsteel US military base in Kosovo would be hit by a suitcase nuclear bomb at 4:44 PM on April 4th. We waited to see if this would happen before writing this report and it did not.

dutchsinse has alot of youtubes and a website. He seems to know what he is talking about with HAARP scaalar rings on radar relating severe weather. While I may not be a 100% believer, yet anyway, I think there is alot of compelling evidence.

That's a name to conjure with. A remarkable and clever man it seems, and it also seems he died twice, once in 1975, and again in 1999. Also part of the 'real' Odessa, whatever it was called variously. The trouble with the death-bed confession is that it was when he died in 1999, or was it 1975?

Clearly the episode in 1975 was a NDE.

Yes, HAARP can create ELF radiation in the ionosphere. No, ELF radiation cannot create earthquakes.

The GWEN (Ground Wave Emergency Network) system does not work in conjunction with HAARP or the Woodpecker transmitter (which is not similar to HAARP). GWEN transmitters do not shoot enormous bursts of energy into the atmosphere. The peak power of the low frequency antenna is 3,200 W . The GWEN network operates at low frequencies (150 to 175 kHz). . It's purpose is provide communications in the event of an EMP.

Thank you op for this thread. I am becoming suspicious of the recent weather in the midwest. I live in Michigan and the rain we have been receiving here has been epic. My basement flooded and there is a pond now in the park near my house. There is a flood warning until futher notice for some citites in Southeast michigan. It's has been very cloudy and extremely rainy here since May 21. The strange thing is that these thunderstorms contain very little wind. The sky and clouds turned dark green as if a tornado might form, but nothing. I hope this is just normal weather.

Also Yesterday morning I looked at the weather and the doopler looked pretty tame, but in reality Michigan is experiencing very unpredictable weather. Today was suppose to be partly cloudy here in Detroit with sun, but it is extremely cloudy. The techno festival starts today I hope it doesn't rain...again. Really I wish had enough money to leave for a few days because this weather is starting to freak me out.

i can back this up. i live in lansing. weather is weird here. rains for like a week straight and everything floods, than its 90 degrees for 4 days and drops to damn near 35 degrees for a week. shoots back up to 80s-90s. drops again...have to live here to understand other situations as well.
