Not to be picky or pedantic (who? me?)

The current geomagnetic activity is not due to a CME but a high speed solar wind emanating from a coronal hole (note the low density).The moderate geomagnetic storm (G2) experienced some hours ago was due to the wind taking a strong south turn. It has now taken a north turn resulting in a reduction in geomagnetic activity.

I am sick of this HAARP business once and for all! Show me your proof this is happening. Not some "Conspiracy Blog" or website! Real scientific proof verified multiple scientific sources that would stand up in court of law as real evidence! Not some "Gut feeling" or opinion either!

I'm with Phage on this one. It remains to be demonstrated that even a single small earthquake moving a small town into rubble or even one house can be caused by atmospheric manipulations.
I think they do try weather control experiments but they remain chaotic as the Earth's weather is a very complex chaotic system professionals understand less than doctors understand the human body.
It is more likely that it is used illegitimately against satellites and communication systems, radars, mobile networks etc. because it can physically affect these in a more reliable manner. If so, a great activity could precede some genuinely human problem such as acts of war, terrorism or raids, uprisings etc.
This would explain the large amounts of money spent by countries on similar projects.

A solar maximum is truly expected and that has been found to go together with disturbances in the Arth's magnetic field. Some particles from the Sun do reach our core and thus they may change the Earth's magnetic field a little - this much I understand. It has been theorized that this weakened magnetic field goes together with sudden changes of weather, bad moods, more accidents, wars et. I do not know if it goes together with a higher density of EQ's though - more stats are needed.

On the other hand, subterranean atomic tests do have EQ effects but this is again so unreliable and it may backfire against the perpetrator. I do not think any mildy realistic government or secret organization would try to use chaotic and unpredictable effects as weapons.

If any earthquake weapon has ever been tested, I am sure we would know something at least from Russia or China at least, if not from the US. Russian scientists for example blew the whistle on Soviet experiments with biological or atomic warfare.
Question is why do we have HAARP-like facilities in Russia and Norway? There were many threads about this, go search.
That is not to say it is a healthy, wholesome technology. Maybe it contributes to the overall destabilization of the magnetic sphere and to the disorientation of bees, birds and fish.
If that is the case, would not it be possible that large magnets would provide some local relief? Strong magnets are used in acupressure-type therapy for sure.

OK, you got me! Yes actually I knew that as my better half had said that just as I posted but I had hit the button. (She watches the solar stuff more than I do) Basically the point is it is showing a high reading because of the Sun, not HAARP.

Nowhere does the OP Mention theory! Nowhere! You tell me where they mention theory? They seem to be stating what they believe as a fact! Keep your caps to yourself! No need to shout or you will get it back!

I have watched the USGS site for years, but recently have been too busy to keep an eye on it. I got some rest time and looked at it a few minutes ago. There is nothing really huge, but there are more little clusters than I have seen in a long time...all over the world, but specifically in the US...Also, yesterday morning there was a crazy wavy-cloud pattern. Perfectly symmetrical all the way across the valley here...

Why does everyone harp on about HAARP and or CME's, when right under our noses we have man playing God, with probably the greatest DOOMSDAY device ever conceived: CERN!

I'm starting to believe that the sheeple are deliberately being distracted from the most likely cause of the 150% increase in earthquake & volcanic activity over the last few years: LHC

Stop fear mongering. Although, there WAS a small earthquake in the region today, and I saw in the ticker on foxnews that a prominent geologist is predicting a MAJOR new madrid quake in the near futre. I'd like to see sources for your "info" but it interesting to see a geologist claiming an imminent quake, AND a quake happening today. Perhaps this geologist is "in the know". haha, only can wait and see.

Forgive me if this has been asked previously in this thread and I haven't found it. I haven't read the whole thing.

How is HAARP "firing at max power at the New Madrid fault zone" when HAARP "fires" at the sky and the fault line is in the ground? Now, I'll admit to not believing everything about HAARP is perfectly safe and there's probably stuff they don't admit to, but when people say it is firing at the New Madrid... well that doesn't make sense to me. Myself, I don't see that it's possible, so proof would be nice.

Now, let's say that they've been HAARP'ing up all these big bad storms that have been blowing through here nearly every single day. I don't think HAARP has anything to do with it, but I could believe it was causing that before I would believe they were trying to make an earthquake. After all, like I said, HAARP warms up the ionosphere... in the sky. Weather comes from the sky. I've lived here in Kentucky my whole life and the storms are just now getting back to the way they were when I was little. We had about a twenty or twenty five year break where there really were no bad storms. Now they're getting bad again. I think mother nature is quite capable of pulling that off without the assistance of HAARP, but speaking hypothetically, it would make more sense for HAARP to do that. I don't see how heating up the ionosphere could cause an earthquake. So, please tell me... how are they firing at the New Madrid?

Thank You!!!! I've been saying that too....they keep creating that which they do not know...it spells trouble. But they wont stop until they have made a black hole right here on earth. I guess it would be so fast that we would all die instantly and really wouldn't know the difference anyhow...
