There is no shock or surprise to him resigning this fascistic bill. He is all about trampling our rights, and wiping his a** with the Constitution. The surprise, for me anyway, is that he could do it in this manner.

He did Not sign it him self.
so its not legal.

Your argument makes absolutely no sense. The President doesn’t have to be in physical presence of the original bill to read a copy of it and agree to it.

I think maybe the autopen could do a better job as President then Obama.
can we change the roles?
Autopen as President, and Obama sitting in a room just signed documents for the autopen?
