I suppose this was no suprise to those attending court to determine amoungst other things defendants competency.
Evidently some remarks blurted out by defendant were an example of his psychological impairment.
Maybe he will be cured and stand trial at a later date?
In the meantime, I guess a padded room will suffice.
Tough to think this is any consolation to the many victims, survivors and family members
