Because ive seen them come out of thin air! Turn from tiny balls of light into massive planes, hover in one spot, go backwards, sideways, etc, and also disappear! I presume this is one in the daylight!

Yes, here's an example of a UFO that "hovers", so it can't be a plane, right? This is a common mistake, not to mention it doesn't look much like a plane (at least not for a while after it "pops into existence"):

..when you're out and about with your camcorder looking to film geniune UFO footage, look twice - coz it's easy to make a mistake man!


According to the UFO organization MUFON, nearly all (over 95%) of UFOs are simply manmade objects (like planes) or natural phenomena. That would include ultralights, and other planes.

Not only do untrained observers make mistakes, but even trained people, like pilots, make mistakes in identifying manmade objects and natural phenomena as UFOs.
