This is not shocking, this is common place here. People do something wrong, they then blame the person they wronged when they get their comeuppance, and play the victim. And people usually side with them.

And whatever you do... dont try to discipline them!

Well judging from the reaction here not too many are siding with them...thank goodness

This is the result when you bring up an entire generation based on immediate gratification. We worked hard...we made money now...I need money...this money should be mine...I will take what I am entitled to now.

Actually that poster is correct. Unfortunately. I work in victims services attached to the courthouse here. The families and friends support them beyond all reason. Recently a kid stabbed and killed another one over a bike. The murderers family has been making facebook pages in support of their son.. and idiots are supporting him. Its really an incredible phenomenon.The kids are enabled by the family and friends, and around here juvenile prosecution is nearly null unless they kill someone.... and even then the sentencing is soft. Its as if some parents have bred a generation of narcissistic psychopaths.

With any luck, one day some rather large serial rapist will see these girls on their own in the middle of the night. Maybe they will think the same thing.

If anything there is a message here for parents. That message is about progression. You raised your 17 year old daughter to think she is entitled to whatever she wants and it should be ok. She wanted some money, it was ok to take it from a 9 year old girl scout. 2 Weeks later your 17 year old daughter wanted some food. It was ok to go into a restaurant, order food, eat it, and walk without paying for it. Now fast forward 2 years later when your daughter is 19. Now she is hooked up with some wanna be gangster boyfriend who has a gun. Now she wants money and drugs. So she sets up, kidnaps and robs someone who she knows will have what she wants. Don't you now wish you put your foot down when she 10,11, 12, 13 years old and stopped worrying about being your child's friend and instead focused more on being your child's parent?

I cant believe how young these sociopaths are.

Never before have I been so for the idea of prosecuting parents for the crimes of their children. As the first girl interviewed has her face hidden, she must still be considered a minor; as I think it's illegal to show a minor's face, when it comes to these matters. So IMO, the blame should be pointed at the parents. Even if the other girl IS considered an adult. Is it not the parents fault for teaching her absolutely zero morals whatsoever. Not to mention the absolute lack of remorse, zero respect for the true value of money and the absolute fact that these two young women are just vile human beings. I hope the people responsible for the upbringing of these two human turds, not only sees this video, but is totally ashamed of how they shaped the psyche of their hideous daughters. Clearly, they haven't learned their lesson. Which also makes you wonder whether they received a worthy punishment, or not. I hope the judge, or the police that cautioned them, sees this video.. and next time around puts them away for a good life changing amount of time. They surely deserve it!!
