the last thing that the people who are running the show ( masons, the powers that be, illuminati, whatever you personally think ) would do, is allow anyone who is capable of leading this country out of debt and towards an end to it's wars to become president - that would go heavily against their agenda

the large part of their agenda for controling the population is create divided demographs, reduce presidential nominees to TWO choices and ensure that their best scenario goes as planned

obama seems to be pushing their controversial agenda unhindered, of course i assume that there is a plan B for any other situation that arises.. i mean, come on, this has been going on since the pharoahs - some have even stated before that

until you catch on you will be sheeple, sorry. i think i've made my point in this thread you can see my thoughts here; Sarah Palin to be republican presidential nominee ( prediction from january 2011 ) to ensure Obama's re election

Obama will not be re-elected.
He is a socialist.
The American people will vote in a capitalist.

In a statement that surprises absolutely no one who has any kind of grasp at all of what socialism actually means, the director of the Democratic Socialists of America stated that Obama, contrary to popular belief, is not a socialist – and that Sarah Palin is far more representative of his organization’s beliefs.

Democratic Socialist Director: Sarah Palin More of a Socialist than Obama

How is that oil revenue sharing working out for ya?

Well, lets just wait and see what happens.
-----------------
I predict - The Undefeated - will gross $55 Million at the box office.
The producers will probably see another $20 Million in DVD sales because
Gov. Sarah Palin so compelling and popular.
----------------
After the success of the movie it's a good bet that Sarah Palin will become the
GOP lead candidate for POTUS.

The rest of the GOP candidates are a bunch of unknowns.

OOPS! I think you stepped it there.
Obama and his good buddy George Soros hate the private sector.
They both want the U.S. Government to grow the economy NOT the private sector.
Gov. Sarah Palin wants the private sector to grow the economy.

I know a socialist when i see one.
Remember the "spread the wealth" comment Obama said to Joe the Plumber ???

I presented the facts while you are talking about things people said.

People say lots of things. When they are politicians, they are usually lying. How about you look at the facts, ignore your folksy little opinions and remembrances of half remarks. Is it too painful?

No thinking adult would ever utter that phrase and mean it. I do not really care that the guy who owns Home Depot does not like Obama. Neither do you and I do not care. Neither one of you has managed to make Sarah seem any better to me, no matter what you say about Obama.

Keep working on those slogans though.

"Palin 2012 cuz, ya know...Obama something...wink wink."

How does Palin want the "private sector" to grow the economy? Maybe similarly to the method used in Alaska, where the private sector is taxed, and that wealth is redistributed to every resident of the state?

Palin "governed" what is arguably the most socialist state in the country. One where every resident is paid simply for living there; freeloading off the private sector at its finest.

How?
A common sense solution would be to remove - uncertainty - by repealing ObamaCare.
It's going to be found unconstitutional anyway. Why wait?
Help the private sector and stop attacking it.
-----------------
Another common sense solution is a Drill-Baby-Drill executive order to reduce the
price of gas to $2 a gallon. That would give Americans more cash in their pockets.

Yes, there is editing being done.
Right now it's basically XXX rated.

Your keen insight and supreme expertise in the Motion Picture industry is telling. I'm clearly not in your league.

XXX Rating:

The XXX rating is actually an invention of the adult film industry, rather than the MPAA. Originally, X-rated films tended to be along the lines of Midnight Cowboy and A Clockwork Orange - frank about sexuality and definitely made for adult audiences, but not sexually explicit. Also, there was a market for nudie films at that time. These films featured lots of (mostly female) nudity and perhaps simulated humping, but no extremely explicit material. Those, too, were rated X. The adult film industry coined the XXX rating to let you know that the film in question featured closeups of genitalia in action...

It must have had hot Mama Grizzly Bear on Bear action. Yogi and Smokey just watched.

The movie needs to be edited with the goal of a PG-13 rating so it can be seen
by more people and make more $$$.

DBD will demonstrably not succeed at lowering oil prices in the medium to long term...it'll cause a short term decrease in prices, that's all. You might wanna read up on economy and check out the oil price graph right before and 1 year until after DBD was announced last time.

But who cares about facts, right?

Oh! I see, so you have no problem with socialism as long as it comes from someone wearing a "conservative" jersey. Lets repeal "Obamacare", and implement Palin's championed "windfall profits tax" on the private industry, spread that wealth to every citizen just for being a resident of the U.S., and let them use that money to purchase their own healthcare.

As for the notions of the corporatist/lobbyist "Drill, baby, drill" drivel. A solution solves a problem, not merely temporarily patches it so that someone else can deal with it later. This fallacy has already been addressed, and any effect (beyond even more record breaking profits for oil companies) would be very short term, and not in the best interests of final consumers.

Then he is stupider than I thought. Only Adult films are XXX Rated as per my prior link. Besides BOTH terms are obsolete. The Director doesn't even understand his own industry, What a joke.

Current rating system explained here:

XXX = Porn.

You thought wrong. I'm not persuaded by political spin pieces that (from your source)....

leaves out or downplays many of the controversies...

It's a fluffy spin-piece, not something I'd base my vote, or my opinion of her on. By omitting a realistic and balanced view of Palin; at best the film will merely "preach to the choir", and at worst it will drive discussion to the facts that it's conveniently left out (hurting Palins chances even further).

Personally, I base my vote/opinions regarding a candidate on his/her actual actions and voting records. No amount of political spin, from either side, can change those.

I've seen her history of nepotism, and troopergate is no secret.

I've seen her promotion of socialist ideals with support of Alaska's windfall profits tax, and its redistribution of wealth to residents simply for living in the state.

I've seen her commitment to greed and personal profits over her oath of office that she abandoned.

I've seen her misappropriation of funds and supplies from those used to build her Alaskan home, to SuperPAC funds misused for a "family vacation".

I've seen her utter lack of knowledge regarding historical beliefs she claims to support, yet knows nothing about.

I've seen her make simple mistakes, and (instead of owning and learning from them) then go on national television to spout off how she was "actually right".

I've seen her flip flop on the "Bridge to nowhere" only after it became an embarrassment, and Congress cut the pork barrel earmark she desired.

I've seen her claim that a $30 billion pipeline project was “God’s will”.

I've seen Palin’s record on pork barrel earmark spending, and it was among the worst of U.S. governors.

I've seen that she increased sales tax by 25% as mayor of Wasilla.

I've seen that she increased spending by 63% as mayor of Wasilla, and by 30% as governor of Alaska.

I've seen that she left Wasilla with $20m in debt at end of her term.

The list goes on and on, and the only thing I haven't seen is a single valid reason why anyone would feel this woman is actually fit to hold office as the POTUS.

DUPLICATE POST FROM OTHER PALIN MOVIE FAN THREAD:

Movie Review by NY POST:

But its tone is an excruciating combination of bombast and whining, it’s so outlandishly partisan that it makes Richard Nixon look like Abraham Lincoln and its febrile rush of images — not excluding earthquakes, car wrecks, volcanic eruption and attacking Rottweilers — reminded me of the brainwash movie Alex is forced to sit through in “A Clockwork Orange.” Except no one came along to refresh my pupils with eyedrops.

*It's fun acting like a liberal

Before you use words that have been used for longer than a hundred years, it would be advisable to look up their meaning in a dictionary.
"Liberal" simply does not mean what you imply - except in the discourse of uneducated semi-Fascist media ideologues like Limbaugh or Hannity.

If Palin is an enemy of classic liberalism, she is against individual liberties and possibly for restoring some sort of authority like that of kings and popes. Which is possible, except these days a similar power is held over free citizens by corporations.

Democratic Socialist Director: Sarah Palin More of a Socialist than Obama

How is that oil revenue sharing working out for ya?

Communists and Socialists are well-known for their belief in the ends justifying the means. For them, they can do or say anything as long as it does something for their agenda. When Obama was elected, the Communist Party supported him, and so did the Socialist Party. Don't forget that there are 70 members of Congress who are also members of DSA(yes S is for Socialist) and they are Democrats(or some are Green Party now, like Cynthia McKinney) and they are definitely in league with Obama. Obama uses Marxist rhetoric, such as "Spread the Wealth". He believes in raising taxes, and while he may say its to balance the budget, it's really to expand govt in any way possible. Bigger govt is Socialist/Communist/Statist. Even an ex Socialist says he is a Fabian Socialist(Socialism in increments). Socialists are anti war when they feel like it(think Bill Ayers, bernadine Dohrn at Kent State), and pro War when they feel like it(Think FDR, Wilson, and even Obama who is now taking us to war in Libya). So Obama was anti war before he was Prez, and pro war now he is Prez. He just pretends not to be.
Also, the CPUSA is AGAINST THE GOP no matter what they do. This website proves both their support of Obama and their hatred of the GOP and the conservative capitalists.
cpusa.org...

The CPUSA was so concerned that Obama should win, here is what they posted on their website, and oddly it sounds more like the platform of the Democratic Party.....check for yourself.

The winning of the presidency and Congress by a landslide is doable. Admittedly, it wont be easy. With a big assist from the media, McCain and the Republican right will employ lies, swift boating, sleaze, racism, anti-immigrant hysteria, terror-mongering, super-patriotism and any number of things to win the presidency and pick up a few seats in the Congress
They will claim the Democrats are soft on terrorists and even want to appease them. We can expect to hear their refrain about tax-and-spend liberals. They will warn the American people of the specter of socialized health care. They will claim that only McCain has the credentials to be commander-in-chief, while claiming that neither a woman nor an African American can be trusted to lead the country in such perilous times. And they will make the case that the Democrats want to open our borders to undocumented immigrants and oppose (rightfully so) anti-immigrant legislation in the current Congress, including HR 4088.
