Two of the best health services I know of worth a look is Taiwan and Cuba.......and I think Sweden.

yep but loosing health care is just the tip of the iceberg teachers and civil service jobs gettign slashed accross the board. Some cities dumping half or more of their police and firefighters. And its only getting warmed up all while your funding more war than ever.
