Is Obama the Anti-Christ? How many People have made this claim or believe it?

With all of the hand wringing going on regarding the latest man made hoax, the rapture, I was thinking about how many threads were started with the Obama is the Anti-Christ theme, and how many people truly believed it. Now, let's say Obama is not re-elected. What does the Anti-Christ do? He gives speaches and plays golf. Sometimes he sleeps in. Eventually, he dies. Then I guess he isn't the Anti-Christ after all and all of the superlatives in the world wont make it so. Just saying. How many of you still think this way?

There ain't no heaven & there ain't no hell! There ain't no (or never was) Jesus Christ as written in bible so how can there even be an anti-christ?

To be honest OP, If any living person fits the shoe I would have to say yes Obama right down to the head wound that healed .He has certainly decived everyone in the world with his broken promises .The anti-christ isn't the one you have to worry about.Be more concerned with the beast he turns his power over too !

I mean it is clear as day he is not the Anti christ. The anti christ is not to supposed to have polarization and president Obama clearly has that.

For starters, OBAMA IS *AN* ANTI-CHRIST - He is against God, no matter what he claims, he is definitely not a Christian, therefore he is an Anti-Christ - against God.

Second, -the- Anti-Christ doesn't even know he's -the- Anti-Christ.

The Anti-Christ is Satan, possessing a body -after- it is killed (my belief). The Bible says he is wounded in the head and appears to have died (if I remember correctly), but 3 days later he comes back to life (the real person, whoever he was, is dead) and claims to be God. That's the Anti-Christ that is speaking (Satan in possession of the body).

So, do I believe Obama is *an* Anti-Christ? Yes. That's obvious to anyone.
Do I believe Obama is *the* Anti-Christ? He COULD be, because of his position, etc.

That's all there is to it.

Hope this cleared some confusion up.

I have an easier time believing he's a robot, or a pretzel.

By this logic, almost EVERYONE is an antichrist. No... this is the kind of fallacy that makes people believe in the rapture as floating up into the sky to high-five Jesus.

EVERYONE who calls themselves an Atheists, is an Anti-Christ, for example.

What does that implication mean to you? All it says to me is that they are against God, by definition..

Thanks for that...I still cant figure out linking original threads...and my point is made...even my level headed cousins began spouting this a few years back...come on now, I KNOW there are many (as evidenced by the threads so graciously listed above) who believed/believe this - just like the rapture guy - c'mon!
