So just before I try to reply, I wanted to make sure I understand you exactly.

You are saying that if someone believes they shouldn't be irradiated and groped without reasonable suspicion they should either be some executive with access to a corporate plane, wealthy enough to charter a private flight, or become a pilot and rent or buy a plane for their travel needs. Correct?

Additionally, you think that the government should be passing regulations on businesses that require them to irradiate and grope their customers without probable cause. Correct?

The bill Texas was trying to pass to prevent the sexual assaults by TSA agents fell through. Many people were upset and went to protest. The bill didn't get passed because they worried about the lawsuits, supremacy clause and the ability for the TSA to have the airports shut down. More proof that if the government with their boot at our throats.
