Hi I am really into Yoga these days and looking to add to the playlist that I listen to for my own practice. My favorite types of Yoga at this point in the time are in Yin and Hatha and I enjoy ambient, mellow, and mostly instrumental music when doing Yoga.
I'll share some of the songs on my playlist and hopefully you can share some of yours! Thanks

The bulk of my playlist right now consists of the mellower songs from Ghosts by Nine Inch Nails.
Here's a couple:

Two other Nine Inch Nails songs from different albums:

I also recently discovered the band Tabla Beat Science. I particularly like this song by them:

and a couple by the great Pink Floyd:

(I could only find a live video for this one)

Sorry, I probably didn't post this in the right forum. I saw something about yoga in here but later realized that it could probably go in a couple of others.. If it needs to be moved mods feel free to do so.

sorry, i find that i need to have faste beats to meditate , my mind is a construct
i cant close down the flow , its a problem i have, so rather then try to slow it down i go with it..
if this makes sense.?
but i understand
most people cant meditate to some music.
But i can do slow as well.my playlists have a few in them

oh and heres a instumental track i composed and played a few years ago. as a gift for a friend of mine when she needed it.

it is meditative, nothing like the first videos no lyrics just slow sound i think you will like it

No worries! Everyone's got their own methods.

I listen to a lot of a different music, that's just the genre I prefer for those purposes. I'll give your new songs a listen in a few. Thanks!

Delerium has ambient songs...and other various electronic forms that may help with meditation. Here's one;

Forgot that one got intense in the middle.

That one might be too intense as well... at least the visualization is haha.

Those three songs are from the compilation 'The Essential Ravi Shankar'. Some really good music on that album.

That's some intense Tabla playing. His wrists must be super mobile and flexible. Cool song.. and I conveniently already have it in my library, thanks to someone pretty awesome.
Thank you

Edit - Addition:
They are a bit high energy for the purpose but good stuff! Well, for my current yoga ventures.. some yoga is definitely more high energy.
