The rep field is looking horrible right now; I will not vote for Romney or his lousy cousin. Newt blew my support by agreeing with the mandatory health insurance or fines crap of Obummer - like everyone can afford $500 a month health insurance while more and more illegals clog the emergency rooms and dont pay dick and drive the costs of health care for all us citizens through the roof.

Ron Paul is looking better and better, but I still think he is a tinfoil hat nutcase, even if he's my kind of nutcase.

Yep Im in agreement with you on Newt and Romney.
I would also consider Herman Cain the more I hear what he has to say. He has some good business ideas for recovering the economy, it's just that the socialistic liberals trash anything with a free enterprise market based solution because they want and are promoting the State as Supreme and master of us all.

I cannot watch Olberman, never have. I dislike Palin because she is an idiot, who is popular because she appeals to extremists and milf-chasers. The US has had really bad presidents already though, so perhaps she would not be any worse.

Eh, argument is a no starter. I've attended 4 colleges myself and my IQ is in the upper 140s. Flunked the first state college because I was having too much fun at 18 and out from under my parents' thumb. Community college while I saved up money. Then good, smaller university to finish my bachelor's degree in accounting with awesome grades. Another state, another state university for an MBA with a 3.8 GPA.

People, myself included, are idiots at ages 17-22 (at least!) If the things I did when I was in that age range were brought up today, I'd be mighty embarrassed by my immaturity.

Haha Excellent points. Bill Gates dropped out of Harvard and he's one of the richest men in the world.

Extremists? LMAOLMAOLMAOLMAO
Extremists like those people wearing Brooks Bros clothing or like the ones who behead innocent people because they can and their religious authorities say to.
Which of these extremes did you mean?

The ones who think that they must attack anyone who is different, especially those who have a different religion. The ones who think that God tells them to destroy Muslims. Right-wing Christian extremists. Palin will carry on the neo-con agenda of invading countries where the people believe differently. Obama very likely will too, however, if he gets a second term. He has not proven himself much different from Bush. I started getting into conspiracy theories when Bush was president and read many books and articles talking about how Left and Right are the same in power. Obama has proven this.

Actually, nobody will ask because it is not relevant. I have not seen college records of any president, yet the Right is demanding Obama's records. Interesting. I fully agree that there are many reasons to vote against Obama and question his presidency. Sadly those legitimate concers have been clouded by idiotic conspiracy theories lacking merit.

GWB's Yale Transcripts.... released after demand for them...

I remember repeatedly people wanting to see his grades and military service record and so on .....even his IQ
AND they were released
The only difference in all of this..........Obama refuses to show anyone anything they request.
College transcripts OBTAINED by WashPost... for Bush and Gore...

The hatred between religions is fueled by intentional social engineering. You enage in diatribe against Christians while trying to make extremist Islam look ok. Real conservative muslims of course do not approve of beheadings and other violent means of torture or murder, but they will not speak out against Islam. Face it, you just have a hatred for Christians. I bet you believe in the Supremacy of the State as your god, while hating the concept of a centralized Being who controls the Universe.

Exactly what part of Obama's program do you believe is just like Bush, and why do you hate it? Left and right are opposite sides of the coin, so while they both have the synthesis and the NWO order as their goal through Hegelian dialectic and "managed conflict' they are not exactly the same. If they were exactly the same, how could there be a conflict of opposites?

You know what else is really interesting? There was an analysis of the speech patterns of both Bush and Obama, and Obama got the lower score. When this is put to Obama supporters, they usually reply with the statement that he has to speak this way in order to reach the (lower intelligence) masses. Which to me is really a slap in the face of anyone who is Obama's base and support.

I think people are afraid of Palin because she'd do a better job.

Putting a Neo Con back into office will gain more or less the same net amount of change that a black progressive liberal made replacing the previous one. There would be no change in the quality of the job because they don't work for us, seriously how the hell hasn't anyone noticed this yet.

Is "she" stupid? Well that's hard to say. It's very possible like most politicians her image is as manufactured and price tagged as anyone else and thus what she says wouldn't necessarily be her own thoughts. With that said in all the times I've seen people try to defend anything she says and I try valiantly to search for "what she's really saying"....it doesn't sound any different. Ever.

Fact is, she isn't a very articulate speaker in how she says things and the two sentence arguments behind what she's saying hold about as much weight as a wet napkin. If you want Sarah Palin just hope Michelle Bachmann runs; at least she's a good speaker and can produce an argument. Because when I think of voting a candidate that will protect the constitution, I think of candidates who voted and support the patriot act.

The only hope for this country is when the inevitable Paul/Johnson ticket comes up and unfortunately I fear it won't be under either a R or a D; unfortunate because they likely won't win without one of those two letters.

With all that said, who the # cares if Sarah Palin went to 5 universities. Unless you know of her academic records, her home situation at those times and can explain why it matters at all, it's absolutely audacious to suggest this means anything. Many people jump around colleges an universities. Some are on waiting lists and choose to attend another school in the mean time, others want the change and the variety it can bring to higher learning, maybe she had to move a lot, who knows. There's plenty of reasons why one transfers constantly. And if it's for the reasons you're implying your reasoning sucks. Why would she go back to the same school if this was the case?

At least we can track her childhood, college years, family history, official documents, gov't office records, interview friends and family from when she was a child till... now.

Some people can make it to the presidency just by sounding good... and not allowing anyone to see the records Palin has made available.

Just saying.

Completely off topic post incoming.

I hope all this birther nonsense is true in some form or matter. If it ever becomes a clear fact that he wasn't eligible to run for president, and when nothing happens in the end, people will at least realize how #ed this country has been for sometime now.

Really?

In her five years of college, Sarah Palin left behind few traces, former professors and classmates say.

Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, however, is barely remembered at all.

In the five years of her collegiate career, spanning four universities in three states, Palin left behind few traces.

"Looking at this dynamic personality now, it mystifies me that I wouldn't remember her," said Jim Fisher, Palin's journalism instructor at the University of Idaho, where she graduated with a bachelor of science degree in journalism in 1987.

Palin, he said, took his public affairs reporting class, an upper-division course limited to 15 students. "It's the funniest damn thing," Fisher said. "No one can recall her."

"I don't remember her," said Roy Atwood, Palin's academic advisor at the university.

Indeed, interviews with a dozen professors yielded not a single snippet of a memory.

articles.latimes.com...

Note: I don't give a rat's behind if people remember Palin. I don't give a rat's behind if people remember Obama. It is completely irrelevant to the discussion of whether or not someone would make a good president.

But yes, she was able to raise a family, run a good business, run for local office-then state office and then got nominated for the VP of the USA.

Sounds like she did okay.

And, she makes more money than most of us here, has at least 2 books, TV contributor/analsys, Political heavyweight...

Hmmm Sounds like it all worked out pretty good for her.

I hope her and Todd are laughing all the way to the bank. Yes, call her whatever you want but stupid she is not.

All I see is more ridiculous partisan bashing and nothing to answer the OP's question.

You must be referring to the OP, and quoted me by mistake.

Partisan is the farthest from what I am. "Research skills"? You missed the 3 or so posts in this short thread where I have bashed the "false political dichotomy". If I am "partisan", the "party" I am in is very small. Like, just me.

Further "research skills" might show you that the question in the OP was posed to Sarah Palin, not me or you. Why do I need to answer it? And was my first post in this thread not a good enough answer, basically saying "Look, Sarah Palin is irrelevant so quit wasting your time on it."

Now, since you have tossed a stone at me, care to elaborate your position? You don't seem to have comprehended anything I have said prior to this, and I would like to ensure that we even have a differing view.

Erm, you DO realize that he complaint was about citizens who are here illegally (i.e. not paying taxes yet recieving benefits, while our nation is being bankrupted).

"White trash", if they are American Citizens, have at least paid into the "system" (assuming that they have worked in the first place...and that is a whole different problem/discussion).

Comparing apples to bumper brackets seems to be a logical fallacy.

All I can suggest to the folks on the left is this:
Quit looking in the rear view mirror, keep your hands on the wheel and your eyes on the road because you guys are driving this country over the cliff.
If a man of so called super high intelligence obviously doesn't know what the hell he is doing and as a result keeps ruining the image of this country, a woman that is a so called idiot can't do any worse.
