On one hand everyone has the right to keep their private life private, however if you are in the public eye and you indulge in an illict affair with a well know celeb, then you have to be prepared to accept the consequences.

Trying to sue joe public for discussing it on twitter will just backfire on him.

Love that pic. Twitter are now saying they will hand over customer details if required by law. Not sure how that works as they are based in US and is UK law.
