I can't stand soda, but I can empathize with the caffeine addiction (coffee junkie, here)... Hang in there - the first week is the hardest after
that, it will get easier. In the meantime, supplement your need for sugar/soda/caffeine with something that's good for you, naturally sweet, etc. On
a side note: My aunt was seriously addicted to Pepsi, back in the day. I'm talking multiple 2-litre bottles a day. She nearly destroyed her
kidneys... It can be very serious! Get off that merry-go-round.
