I was looking for the information in English but I only found it in French. It says that Osama recorded a message before getting caught and killed.

I'll do a short translation of what he presumably said.

"A wind of change brought by Allah is coming to the Muslim world, we must act now because waiting too long could mean more deaths. It is a rare historical opportunity to liberate from leaders, laws of man and the west.
