Pretty cool images of my local area, and its currently raining and rain is in the forecast for the next week.

My friends in S La are about to go swimming but since m about 60 miles East of the Big River Ill be ok...I feel for them though....they are in trouble

Scary! It reminds me of the maps of what the Mississippi might look like after a massive New Madrid quake. Let's hope the quake doesn't happen and then flooding goes down SOON! This really puts it into perspective for me. I knew it was bad but didn't realize it was THAT bad!

The mississippi has changed because of earthquakes. And if your dumb enough to build your house on a 20 yr. flood plain I have zero sympathy for you.
