Here’s something hardly anyone is talking about, the positive policy decisions Gaddafi was trying to implement just prior to us blowing up his country.

Apparently Gaddafi was working on a plan to move much of the African continent to a gold backed Dinar standard. Obviously such a move would more than justify his removal by military force in the minds of our criminal terrorist State leaders.

If Gaddafi managed to get such a currency in place across much of Africa, it would cripple the American corporatist state. The US would have to cough up its gold and start producing again if it wanted to buy oil. It would also most likely cascade to other nations as well, as other nations would have to follow suit if they wanted to buy oil, thereby leading to a global gold backed Dinar reserve standard just as the US Dollar enjoys today.

The world first accepted the Dollar as the reserve currency on the basis that it was redeemable for gold. Today the world accepts the Dollar as the reserve because oil is priced in dollars.

If oil was to be priced in gold instead of Federal Reserve Notes…

This video is definitely worth watching:

good call OP

it seems the monsters are fixated on destroying Africa any way they can;
weapons to the brainwashed 'revolutionaries"

what can be their agenda other than control of the continent's minerals, oil, gold, diamond resources?

may our African brothers and sisters emerge victorious

Gaddafi is a mega-maniacal, insane, homicidal, terrorist dictator. He would just as soon kill you than commit any thought toward you, if he could focus for that long. Calling him a "good guy" is like saying that Hitler was just trying to do better by Germany.

But Gaddafi apparently had a moment of clarity because he was right on the mark moving to the dinar. If only the rest of the world would take up his lead.

S&F for you, sir.

Surprised this thread simply stopped. Glad I saved this for review. Interesting information pertained in this video, of course add another tally to the list of why the US and others are attacking this country.

S & F, OP. and a bump.

Thanks to the lies and smokescreen by the " bought " western media, 99 percent of the European and US population have no idea of these issues.

Stop obfuscating the truth mnemeth. It's obvious that the world needed to step in and save the people of Libya, by forming together and detonating thousands of munitions on Libyan sand. How else do you save people, how?

We, the United States, produce, buy and use bombs to save people all over the world. Every bomb is a life saved, and apparently the people are saved, because the media doesn't really talk about the Libyan people anymore. They are saved, and under our protection of bombs.

Soon, as is custom in the civilized world, we will send in ground troops to clean up the bomb debris that got strewn about the landscape. This is a deeply humble, and respectful gesture to the people of Libya in which we did so save, and to the country of Libya as a whole. With liberty, and justice for all.

How is he a good guy? I suppose the Lockerbie bombing and the bombing in germany was a humanitarian act. I suppose you guys must have forgot that. And the killing of his own people was an act of kindness. Some people here are delusional. Calling him a good guy.

Th idea of attacking him is insane. No one takes his currency seriously. Even making his money gold backed would not really do much, the dollar is still king and has been around for ever(a long time). Money form dictators or an African union can go belly even if pegged to gold because there economies are so unstable that the future of their money would be in doubt and it might not even stay gold backed.

edit: the gold standard is gone for a reason, it does not work in the modern world. His lack of economic understanding is showing.

I get a good vibe from Gadhafi. He is a snappy dresser and he gets all passionate about what he is saying! To me the heart of a man can grow at any age, any time, and to any one that engages himself.

I think Gadhafi is one of the two Witnesses; I am almost certain of it now! He has a ton of things to tell us that the supposed "kings" of the world do not want us to hear, and will prevent at all cost.

I've always felt that he was not the guy that he's been portrayed to be.

I remember listening to him at the U.N. conferences, telling America's "secrets' like Kennedy Assasination, 9/11 and how we should further investigate...

and had U.S. officials walking out during his speech.

I hate when political officials or comedians try to make humor out of his wardrobe, but then again, I guess that's all the can come up with to say...

and its not even funny.

lockerbie was a frame up and not carried out on Ghadaffis orders? What do you base that on?

posted on May, 24 2011 @ 10:48 PM
So trying to fix the economy somehow absolves the man for ordering his soldiers to fire on his own citizens?

And then when the soldiers refused to do it, he brought in mercenaries to kill the protesters. And then there was the whole thing where he gave them viagra and ordered them to rape people.

But I guess all that's fine as long as you agree with his economic policies. He's a "good guy".

If you believe that then keep watching the news cause your caught hook, line and sinker brother.

Well he still denies it but he did do it.

There was no frame up. He was behind it.

Have you not been paying attention? There's currently a civil war in Libya. That's why NATO is there.
