I was laughing at your whole what was it 35 million jobs Obama saved by nationalizing the auto industry? Where did you come up with that number? Lift it off DailyKos? Or your Union boss maybe. That LOL was the most your post ever deserved.
State run means of production didn't work for the Soviet Union. What part of that don't you get? Obama, Pelosi, Reid, and the all the rest of the 70 members of Congress who are also members of DSA apparently believe we can do it better than the Soviet Union.
But at least we are discussing this and not the BC right?

The Dept of Defense is not going to be privatized, although Barry seems to be doing that for NASA, not really sure why. Barry did run on the promise of taking our nukes off hair trigger alert
and not weaponizing space. Do you believe he has stopped HAARP? Have you heard of the Soviets pyschotronic playtoys? He adulates to his leftist fans, but is he doing what he said?

You decided to go off on a tangent instead of staying on topic and what I was doing was schooling you as I've already proven I can and will continue to run circles around you.

Chrysler paid off it's loans earlier this year and GM is on track to pay off it's debt before the end of this year.

Immaculate, and you people are whining about how conservatives listen to talk radio. Michael Savage discussed that one too. Want me to see if I can find it on Youtube?

Meanwhile, here is something I found which is commentary on Trump's position on China, and I thought it was interesting, if anyone cares about our trade deficit and jobs.

The usual suspects are racing to debunk Donald Trump’s foray into the most serious protectionism — a 25% tariff on China — proposed by a major presidential candidate since Patrick Buchanan ran in 1992. They know this is serious stuff. Our long-delayed national trade debate has begun in earnest. I have expressed reservations about getting obsessed with just China before. But broadly speaking, Trump is right on the money here. Nothing less than an actual tariff or the equivalent is ever going to get Beijing to stop gaming the international trading system to America’s disadvantage. This matters, big-time. Because until we sort out America’s trade mess — which must start by zeroing out, or close to it, our $600 billion-a-year trade deficit — our economy will never truly be healthy again. Jobs are the aspect of this everyone understands. But what a lot of people miss is that the current budget fight, and the angst over our mounting national debt, are also intimately connected to trade. So Trump is onto something even bigger than people realize

I do not listen to radicals like Savage nor pay attention to talk radio as the only talk radio worthy of mention is NPR as they are unbiased and are a feverent supporter of The USA.

What is the topic? More birther stuff? I though you all were sick of it and wanted to discuss the issues? Well now we are and you are telling me it's off topic.
Whatever man.....some people are just never satisfied. If this is what you call running circles around me, go ahead. It's just like a little doggy chasing it's tail.

I see my post went a lil over your head. The fact is it dosent matter if he was born on the moon, he will still finish out as POTUS. There is nothing you or I with no funds, and no support can do about it right? So why keep pressing the issue there are more pressing concerns than someones BC.

Millions of gallons of gas spilled into the ocean, Japan had a meltdown, the list goes on and on. But here we are debating about a piece of paper????

My point exactly it dosent matter what is done or who does it. These people in positions of power do what they want, when they want, how they want. And there is nothing that anyone without power (like us) can do about it. So to make thread after thread about a piece of paper no one can do anything about is pointless.

You can impeach him, like Clinton, you can call him a fraud until your blue in the face, you can do whatever. The fact still remains he will still be POTUS, and finish his term to the end!

So you barely read, you misread, and it is late for you.
That is some pile of excuses to cram into one sentence. Hey, I am sure you are great at figuring out if two socks match or not. You might want to leave investigations that involve reading to the big boys from now on.

It does not even matter if it was good or bad, needed or not, worked or did not. All that matters is that when pressed to find real problems with Obama, number 2 on his list is something Bush actually did. That is really all that matters. His subsequent responses where he just runs from it altogether explain further. This is just about keeping the water muddy and not about anything really happening in the world.

Exactly what I am talking about, the inability to hit back with anything of any substance. When they can't beat or one up someone they are told to lie, trash, demonize, belittle and attack anyone who is not 100% in lock step with them.

hmmmmm looks like Chrysler sold out to Fiat after chapter 11 bankruptcy

(AXcess News) Houston - Chrysler concluded the sale of its assets to Fiat Wednesday signaling an exit from Chapter 11 bankruptcy as a result.
The Supreme Court threw out a challenge from three Indiana state funds who tried to block the sale to Fiat, which was the only stumbling block preventing the Obama administration-brokered deal with the European automaker from going ahead.

.

Geithner used Tarp money as part of the sale deal on Fiat

On closing, Geithner used some of the $68 billion in repaid TARP funds to wire transfer $6.6 billion in cash to Chrysler as exit financing.

more dirty dealings by this admin

Critics have argued that the Obama administration did not have the right to buy control of companies without Congressional approval, how it's against the Constitution. Yet the Supreme Court is awaiting the Obama nominee to be rubber-stamped into appointment. Upon conclusion, the Democratic caucus will have more say in liberalizing the highest court of the nation. Still, it doesn't do much good to point out the unconstitutionality of the Obama administration's actions via Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner, the front man for Obama's wild spending of taxpayer dollars.

While auto unions get a big slice of stock in Chrysler, the same will be true for General Motors. Yet its the Union that has the stock - not the union members. The bulk of them get pink slips and are out of a job as a result while Union leaders who organized a massive support drive for Obama during his presidential race last fall are the ones holding the purse. Where once there was mob control of the unions and a wall between the Kennedy White House, the "New Democrats" in Washington throw history to the wind as long as the results benefit the Change Mister - Barrack Obama.

axcessnews.com...

And still liberals have to lie about it. And I did find an article the glories of Obama saving the auto industry and oh it was more like a million jobs, not 35 mil. on Huffpo.
Way to kick azz for the American auto industry

Enough is enough already, a lot of people come to this forum to catch some political news and all that is on here is spam about a birth certificate. You all do know that the election season has started right? Speaking of which...are any of Obama's opponents going to use this issue even? I haven't heard of any potential candidates bringing it up except Ron Paul who isn't going to touch it apparently. Does this tell you anything?

As much as I truly despise this whole birther thing, I support freedom of speech and respect people's right to express their opinions even if they differ from mine. So, I'm wondering if there can be just one thread, maybe a stickied one that people can discuss all aspects of this issue on?

You have to remember these are birthers and for most of them a search function is just simply too hard to use.

Your source is a biased one. If you only get information from a biased one then of course your going to stuff you agree with.

Look else where.

Oh yeah in case your going to deny..that it is a biased one.

from anther article
axcessnews.com...

s Obama a Muslim? Does Obama hate Israel? Will Israel be attacked again? Will Iran nuke Israel? Has Maghreb and Middle Eastern turmoil flummoxed the White House? Why did Obama bow to Saudi Arabia’s king? Questions, questions, questions?

Israel and Americans who support it must wait for the November 2012 elections before the threat the Obama administration represents can be removed.

plenty of the same crap all over that site.

But you see I already told you my thoughts on Bush. Did you not hear it? You totally go ballistic over Michael Savage because Huffpo hates him, and yet, he even says in his new book that he used to be a liberal. So here you guys are yelling about Savage when Savage exposed Bush as a fiscal socialist. I think you are much too partisan for your own good.
Savage is like garlic and holy water to liberals because he knows what they are about. I hope you just took in the last post on the current status of Chrysler..
While Bush started the baillout(and many of us were against it including myself) Bush did not make himself the head of an auto maker as Barry did.....
