Confessions from my soul

You wonder how a soul flies.... alone and cold. You wonder, how your life seems to fry. You try and look, and tell yourself that you are fine and good, yet the flaws hide your truth. You learn to survive, and pick away the scabs that seem to keep you alive, just to learn, that through it all... you live ..... and you see..... and in the end it means your no more. Born into a world that does not care, born into a place that eats your soul bare. You fight.... for what keeps your soul alight. I look through the looking glass.... and I can't help but see.... that through my eyes.... the world isn't so bright..... but perhaps in time... I can learn to see it in a different light.

Brightness it seems can get dim
But maybe its covered so you cant see the shim
It is cold and dark the further we move
Beyond the source of LOVE that feeds us like food
Food absorbed from the warmth into the skin
Will warm a soul once frozen again
In times of question please keep your faith
And pay attention to every mistake
Mistakes are made and lesssons are learned
Embrace this warmth for your soul wont burn
In time that light that seemed so dim
Will shed all that covered it and become BRIGHT AGAIN
