Infrared emissions before Japan quake (Haarp ?)

Various teams have measured ultra low frequency signals before Haiti quake.
In Japan it was the same thing :

Before japan's quake, number of electrons has increased, mesured by satellites too. Infrared radiations have increased.
But before a quake , large amounts of radon are released too. It's the idea of " the Lithosphere-Atmosphere-Ionosphere Coupling mechanism".
And that effecting ionosphere. The link talks about it better.

Before Japan quake too :
30 hours before the 9.0 earthquake in Japan, The sun had its second largest solar flare of cycle 24

It was a X1.5
