I saw the camera on the local news. It was very sophisticated. Some of these guys are not as clumsy as this guy. Unfortunately ladies, you might not have any privacy even in public. I am not exactly sure how to add a photo in this forum. You can find a link to the photo on the link provided below.

At least this idiot was caught before these innocent girls were splashed all over the web.

This is the second recent story about someone getting his jollies from women peeing.

What happens in a person's childhood to create this situation?!

The guy was unemployed, and bored....needed some type of relief! Handling his business to women peeing isn't my idea of a turn on, but further suggests that people like this guy need to be eradicated.

We recently had a case like this in Geneva, Alabama, where an employee in a Mexican Restaurant was filming the ladies room. The camera was found by a customer. As sad as this is, I agree that it is probably more prevalent than we imagine.

video voyeurism is a misdemeanor offense in most states. If they charge him per victim, it is then 45 M's. could lead to a year or so in the pokey.

This is just the high tech peeping tom...nothing new about that. I personally would rather peep in a tanning booth frankly than a toilet if I was going to do that, but whatever.

I don't mean to minimize it of course, it would probably anger a number of people to be spied on, I think however this should be a civil case, having to pay the victim say, 1000 bucks a pop (nothing like a 45k fine for watching some randoms drop their pants to teach you a valueable lesson).

I doubt he was trying to target children, else it would have been in a toys r us bathroom verses a starbucks...they toss that in for a shock value selling point..

Why do people peep...I think its some strange instinct to see into the private lives of others. I know it can become addicting to the peepers, and breaking the habit can be like breaking any other addiction. There is some psychological issues going on here, but then again, what in life doesn't stem from psychological issues.

Incidently, you often find peeping toms have a tendency to become flashers also...some sort of voyeur/excibitionist relation going on.

The main reason I posted this is to warn women.

So this is what we have devolved too.

Very sad. I hope the penalty is stiff...

I wonder since there are children involved.

Could this be considered child porn?
