if Obama was issued a BC registration
number of an already deceased infant
then that is fraud and displaying that
fraud to the public is another felony.

Is that how it works in the US? If you are adopted, it changes your nationality to that of your newly adopted parent? What about his mother's nationality? That no longer counts? This seems odd.
