Probably balloons? They can't be alien spheres for sure!!
But hey! What do I know?

Not too sure what they are?

The others are clearly birds, if you zoom in you can see them everywhere.

Sod knows what those balls are though.

Where abouts did you find them?

This.Is.Amazing. But you know we're 14 years behind on this technology right?

Hmmm...The picture was made with the Canon 5D mark II and a 400mm-lens.

It consists of 1,665 full format pictures with 21.4 mega pixel, which was recorded by a photo-robot in 172 minutes. The converting of 102 GB raw Data by a computer with a main memory cache of 48 GB and 16 processors took 94 hours. The picture is the largest in the world.

I did find a topless chick i think.

She's almost at the top on the first 10-ish story building. Right next to the large bridge on the right side of the river.

Awesome find OP, I can see so many applications where this would make great use of this technology.

If this technology was ever made public, would we be responsible to take the time to blank out license plates and faces before publishing photos to the web?

What is very hard to see is that that bal and the other ones down the line are attached to the high tension line at the top of the towers. They are marker balls and are used to make the lines visible to passing helicopters.

Just do a search for "power line marker balls" in google images and you'll see more examples.

I was thinking of those balls as well, though the ones I have seen are usually brightly colored to make them more visible, but these appear to be more silver-ish, though it does not mean that they are not, perhaps they are reflective for the instruments to better pick them up.

Then there is a technology based on fractals to restore artificially the resolution of unclear part in a picture. Combined with this pixel resolution our sight has improved to an incredible standard.

Now... if we can just get NASA / ESA to use this technology on the Moon, Mars etc etc etc...

It would also make the book wheres waldo a bit more challenging as well
