From the first contact in 1942, a series of diplomatic visits to discuss matters of mutual concern were planned.

Under the treaty 23/04, these meetings would take place in secrecy, a limited number of special agents would escort visitors and they would only meet high ranking officers.

According to the document 072 / E, at the meeting of 1961 there was an incident involving 3 subjects due to the violation of the agreement by the officers at the military base when they discovered that their arrival was been filmed with a hidden device without their consent.

Under the treaty 23/04, the meetings would be confidential and filming or taking photographs would not be allowed.

After the incident, the treaty was revised.

When i saw video length of 1.34 i thought `goody loads of footage` but sadly the narration, took up 1 minute 25 seconds of it, leaving about 5 seconds of footage.




People claimed the first clip was fake because it was too CLEAR.

Others are adamant it's not genuine because they know for a fact that Zeta Reticulans don't have eyelids, that the military would have used colour film, that aliens don't dress that way, that film projectors don't sound like that, that it's movements are too jerky, that it's movements are too fluid, that it's viral marketing for Super 8, that it's viral marketing for Area 51, that the time counter is wrong, that the KGB logo appears in another clip, etc..etc.

See a pattern?

If this is a hoax, the guy must be incredibly stupid if he is looking for fame or money.

Wow sure is alot of them in that video I counted at least 5. Im guessing the grey sensed the device being used as when it approached it looked right at the camera?

The more of this series that I see the less authentic they look. Even the camera work on this looks like modern footage heavily edited to give that vintage look.

EDIT: As the guy above said....looks like its been heavily edited in software to give the illusion of being old film.

I think you have to wake up and realize 99.999999999% of videos are fakes, id say 100% of youtube videos are fakes (made to make money from partnership/revenue).
If these were secret videos/files etc they would be shut down like Wikileaks was shutdown!

The reason why it's just 5 seconds long is that it
1) takes ages to construct 3D stuff
2 ) takes ages to animate stuff
3) takes ages to render it
4) takes ages to edit with after effects
5) .. it's CGI...

Indeed, i use After Effects and Maya.....they are very system hungry. A 5 second clip like this probably took a day or 2 to render on a standard computer system

Comparing it to victor's area 51 interview, which is completely real, they look alike to me.

Doesn't mean it couldn't have been faked, but who knows. There are real videos out there.

Thats not entirely correct. Do a little research into victor and the information he has to bring to the table. That video is straight from S4 and the department of naval intelligence. He risked his life to bring that video out but people are just too dense to even comprehend the severity of what theyre looking at.

Not ANY video...there are plenty of real things on there, like people riding bikes and playing computer games.
UFO/Alien videos are all fake on Youtube....the fact of the matter is this: Why would world governments allow this information to be leaked? Why arent the uploaders arrested for breaking secrecy acts etc??
Why hasnt Youtube had all these vids removed and been shut down....just like the government did when Wikileaks started dishing the dirt on the government???

I find it VERY hard to believe people actually give any thought to any of the UFO/Alien vids on youtube given the above questions cannot be answered

The only dense people are the ones that believe this information COULD be stolen from a facility such as area 51.
How did he steal it? In what format? How has it stayed live for so long (the vid on the internet)?

I can do research into Victor....but its pointless. Im only going to find information from random websites, conspiracy websites, blogs and the such. They are not credible, and provide NO proof whatsoever.

Until you can prove at LEAST 1 video of an alien/alien craft/UFO are real then your argument is not valid
