It simply is not historically accurate.
The religious have set us up for many a thousand year to believe that Armageddon is somehow set up between the forces of 'good' (them, of course), and evil, (them again although they would deny this). So the actual battle is a menage et trois of believers against the rest of us that believe in reality. Their false dichotomy (trichotomy?) is the means to kill off rational people. The apparent conflict between them is an excuse to silence and/or kill the rest of us.
So they create the ultimate conflict Jewish bankers bankroll Hitler to persecute Jews to give Europeans a large enough guilt complex to give them somebody else's homeland.

Is America in on it too? How did Daniel know that knowledge would increase in the last days and men would run to and fro? Daniel 12:4

It is closer to the truth that your bias against God is blinding you to the obvious: The Bible is true to what it claims. God draws the future into the past for us to see as it passes by our perspective. He created reality and has the ability to see the entire fourth dimension in its totality. You see only the slice of 'now'. He sees the past and future as it is. You are walking through a story that is set in motion. When is the last time you told your hair to grow? How is it you are activating the rods and cones in your eyes to see? You don't. It is set in motion. Your only act of free will comes in how you treat others. God is one of the others.

Finding love for God and your neighbor (even your enemy) is the point of life (Luke 10). There is no conspiracy here. The reality we live in is a story. Salvation in the story is finding love. Death results from bias and hatred. You are allowing this bias to clearly manifest in your own life. You have the choice here. God offers the entire script to life if you only heed the warnings. The one who can make a difference in your life is you. God has already done his part.

God loves us. He loves us enough to warn us about our impending doom, which results from our actions. He loves you and I enough to extend the truth for us to see. Pride must be removed if you want to recognize His love for you. Hate never dispelled hate. Only love can dispel hate. This is called dieing to self. Once the self is removed, the intellect takes over and the spirit of God steps in to your life and transforms you with the real truth of reality. This will never happen as long as you are stuck loving your self in pride. You must expand your consciousness beyond your own petty understanding (pride) and allow God to walk with you here in the garden He created. The Bible holds the answer to all of this and more. Drop the bias and hatred and your eyes will be opened. The veil is lifted. Reality is clearly seen.
