Syria: mass grave found in Dera'a

Syria's brutal crackdown against pro-democracy protests took a chilling turn on Monday with the discovery of a mass grave in Dera'a, the town at the heart of two-month-long protests, an activist said.

"They discovered a mass grave in the old part of town but authorities immediately cordoned off the area to prevent residents from recovering the bodies, some of which they promised would be handed over later," he said on the phone from Cairo.

At the moment, it is unknown who was in the mass grave.

The Syrian government is denying that the grave was even found.

Syria denies mass grave found near Deraa: TV

BEIRUT (Reuters) – Syria denied on Tuesday that a mass grave had been found near the southern city of Deraa which the army entered last month to crush protests against President Bashar al-Assad.

A Syrian rights group, the National Organization for Human Rights in Syria, also reported a mass grave had been found near Deraa on Monday morning. It said troops had surrounded the area to prevent people taking the bodies away.

The video says 20 bodies, the last article says 13, but it is nearly impossible to verify anything since the government has blocked all foreign journalists from entering the country.

More Mass PRO-Western Mainstream propaganda, not surprised American media trying to make the Syrian Government look like a second saddam.

Good for them for blocking the press, the press aren't journalists anymore, journalism is dead, after all the mainstream news network do work with the pentagon, rather then the reporters been truthfully and not telling lies to the public.

The supposed Arab spring revolutions already have a codename and thats the Arab spring

These revolutions are the work by the NGOs in the region and western government founded and supported.

Just like those 1990s/1980s colored revolutions in eupore, i cant see why people dont see the pattern here.
