After being "anon" for some 5 years now, I can tell you that this is most likely one of the following:

1. Fake. Anons strength lies in number, any real operation gains a lot of publicity.

2. Real, but the plan hasn't been released yet in order to start hype.


The one flaw with anon is that like whoever this kiddo said "everyone is anon". potentially, this is all the idea of one single person who did it for the reason any good anon does anything.
