It's possible that this could be true, but remember there is a total of 10 or more DUMBs on the moon and they are fully functioning, along with some other things going on. If this movie is true, then those astronauts were prey and whoever was in the base, preferably human, was the hunter. It's amazing that the clip/video feed wasn't blasted away.
