Russian Politician mentions Earthquake machine

In a news interview about imports and exports to Russia this politician spouts off some serious fodder for discussion, 4 Capitals of the world, US, Belgium, Russia and China and mentions the EQ machine as being used to settle a dispute over islands north of Japan.

No worries, it is an interesting video!

You probably just missed it because the OP on the other thread was talking about a tsunami machine versus earthquake.
