Question about "Threads Started" on profile page

My apologies Moderators if I am posting a duplicate thread but I have an inquiry.

My profile says that I have "Threads Started: 56" but I have only actually authored 7 (now 8 with this one). Is the stat the number of threads I have participated on or have been starred on? Or is it a board glitch?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can answer this one for me.

If you send an "alert" to admin it counts as a thread because it starts a thread on the mod's forum..

What could you possibly been up to that needed an alert/sugestion so much... ?
I've posted hundreds of threads but I don't think I used the alert function as much as you did.

There's nothing wrong with alerting staff. Be it a lot or very little. So long as the posts in question are actual T&C violations and not just a difference of opinion.

Haha. I was wondering if someone would point that out. No, I'm not a notorious complainer or alerter. I am usually on threads about sensitive topics and unfortunately that comes with a lot of offensive remarks that need removing. It was better than the alternative which was for me to blast people on the board and then get banned. I kinda like it here.
