i disagree this kind of behavior,they need to be well educated.

Cats are some of the most precious animals on the planet, they cause little problems for owners and only ask to be fed. I am a cat owner and my cat is extremely precious to me...He gives me unconditional love and makes me laugh! He is such a character and brings to me joy. He is family.

The young man that did this...well to me it is a very definite warning sign of a sociopath....if you have ever read the profiles of serial killers...many when they were in their teens...started by killing innocent animals.
