i was flicking through britains most popular newspaper this morning and found this article.. it claims that porn was found in osamas secret lair..

PORN videos were found in Osama Bin Laden's secret compound - with US officials describing the stash as "fairly extensive". The XXX-rated collection is among items confiscated from the hideout after the US raid on May 2 which killed the terror mastermind. Sources say the pornography consists of "modern, electronically recorded video". Bin Laden's compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, is thought to have been cut off from the web, but is known to have had video machines. The al-Qaeda fiend had been filmed inside the complex watching pictures of himself on one. This should highlight to everyone what an evil monster this man was!! and especially show muslim people that this hero should be disregarded as someone who preaches and follows the laws of islam!!

i mean, this story is ridiculous and utterly pointless.. and is a perfect example of the reason i cant believe anything i read or watch on MSM.. especially the sun!!

Another quick example of this paper's ridiculous stories and images.

its an article about the yu255 asteroid which will fly close to earth, my point here is, look how big the asteroid is in the picture.. totally unnecessary!

The problem is, you'll have people who'll fully believe everything that The Sun says ... So it leaves me thinking, who more stupid ... The paper that publishes such stories or the fools who believe it?

i agree.. ive often heard the statement "its true, its in the paper" or "they couldnt print it if it wasnt true"
when i hear this i just raise my eyeballs..
all this paper usually contains is celeb stories or fearmongering..
it is also part of the murdoch newscorp group, that should say it all..

Highly likely. You'd be surprised how many muslim clerics as well as other religious clerics view porn. Saudi's ban it but it's actually huge there. It doesn't need the Sun to point it out, we all know it's there.
Osama? probably not, he had wives around him, it belonged to the other men in the compound I bet - good radical muslim men.

I don’t really believe this, I think this is just how The Sun go about selling news papers, SEX SELLS!!! And all that. I find it very difficult to believe that Bin Laden had a stash of porn.

If it is true than there is nothing wrong with posting a story like this. Bin Laden is/was a fundamental religious nut, a leader and/or idol for many. Given that the religion doesn't allow for such things the hypocrisy deserves to be publicized. Same as the hypocrisy of all leaders should be publicized.

If it isn't true than it is pretty obvious as to why the information would be spread in the public like that.

All other things about Bin Laden aside...

Do you think they could out him as a unamed stock holder who helped cause the crash? That would really get a lot of people mad at him.

another thing, they already attempted to further ruin osama's reputation by claiming he threw his wife in front of him to save his own life. of course they changed that story, dont know why. probably because she didn't die and it didn't add up.

BTW...They don't call it "porn" in Arabic. Sheeesh...the "rabid ignorance" of ATS gets worse by the day.
