well these seem fitting plus they all do make for a great tasting antique gravy flavor (just a little though) for say like some chicken fried steak (recommend akushi or bison if can) coverage - especially topped with extra sharp cheddar on a buttered and toasted bun with a jalepeno to the side
..remember there's a wedding supper involved also
