Well, now you are just generalizing all corporations.

Generalizing?

It's a general term! I don't have to generalize anything. It generalized itself by being written down as a black and white implementation.

Corporations are a shallowly-thought pseudo-fascist implementation in the way we currently have them structured. They hold a legal responsibility to raise stockholder value, so, at some point, this means a legal responsibility to cut jobs, force work overseas, utilize foreign resources rather than our own, lower the quality of the goods and services, lobby for public funding and/or tax breaks, and the list goes on.

And what's wrong with seeking a profit?

Seeking a profit? I think it's safe to say that 'seeking a profit' stops being a legitimate term at 200% markup past overhead on goods that aren't even circulating the national economy.

Sorry Partygirl.

I am 32 and I do not see your plan as being a good one. One has to earn the respect to lead. I know that some people do not earn it, but for the most part, the young are clueless. I know because like mentioned before I just got done with my two year college learning experience. The lack of common sense is staggering.

Our brains are configured in a different way because we have grown up with technology. Technology has accelerated us to the next level of reality.

And who do you think developed that technology? It certainly isn't your generation. Age of Entitlement at its finest.

Do you know the difference between developing and inventing? I certainly did not invent the web, but I am a "Web Developer". I did not invent C++ but I am an "Applications Programmer".

You may not know what you're talking about, but you are "Chirping pretty loudly", because young people very much develop this technology much more than older generations.

Yeah...let me know how that works out for ya?

It is proven that the children of today and tomorrow have no pride in themselves, and expect a handout at every curve. I used to work in the educational field, ( a university to be exact ) and you wont believe some of the most naive comments and thought processes that come from the college students of today....our country is doomed with that type of ignorance. Not to mention a wasted education.

It's also been proven that the previous generations are grumpy old pricks who are resistent to change... and hell, hasn't your generation #ed up our country enough?

I don't agree at all. You're being ageist.

I had the same attitude when I was young, I became an 'anarchist' at 14 and thought I knew everything. I am now 48, and I have learned so much from experience, and know that at 14 I was clueless about how the world works. I still think anarchism is a good system, but it is not what I thought it was at 14. The world doesn't work like I thought it did at 14. I knew nothing about the political history and struggle of the working class, only what was happening immediately. But without that understanding of history I didn't understand the present like I thought I did.

The problem isn't adults have messed up the world, I am an adult and still fighting the system in my own way. Most young people will do the same as all young people do when they become adults, they will continue the status quo, because they have no idea how to change anything.

How is the young running things going to change anything, when the world is controlled by old rich capitalist owners?

Age is not the problem, you all fall for the system. What you should be working towards is a truly socialist system, whereby the workers own the means of production, so a minority class can not get wealthy enough to be able to control the state to their advantage. Capitalism is why the world is in a mess, not peoples age.

Your generation will not do anything different mate. The state of the education system now means your generation is even more cluless than the last generation, and more clueless than the generation before that. Blaming the last generation for a mess that has been happening for decades is stupid.

Before WWII the working class were extremely politically aware, they tried to change things which resulted in the Spanish revolution. WWII destroyed the power of the working class and started the neo-facists system we now have. Capitalist war and propaganda destroyed our world.

What is happening now is nothing new, it just seems that way because you're young and you have not experienced enough life to get a good perspective.

we're more clueless? Because it seems as though the invention of the internet gives us access to information that your generation was lacking. Hell we can communicate around the world in miliseconds, and you want to say we are dumber then two gernerations ago.

the progress of science and mathamatics seem to imply that we are getting smarter as a people, and MY generation have already begun trying to make a difference.

we won't be the same as the last gerneation; We will be more progressive because frankly everyone in my generation is sick of these old men and women trying to tell us what we can and can't do

Dear OP:

It's been thought of before. This is not original. However, I can't wait to see how the generation after yours speaks about y'all. Good luck with that- not that I really think you're being serious anyway. Your post had too much of an edge of sarcasm to it for me to believe you're truly genuine.

IMO, indigo children are a way to describe those who are incapable of concentrating on much outside of technology because of overexposure to technology during critical stages of their development when very young. If it helps their parents and those who see themselves as such to describe themselves in such a 'special' way, then we can't stop you. However, I don't believe in pandering to that delusion.

OK mate prove it.

Explain to me what capitalism and socialism is.

Just because the net is full of information it doesn't mean that information is correct, and you have the experience to know what is correct or not. It just creates clueless people who think they're smart.

The working class was far more aware of politics before WWII than people are now, no internet. Since WWII the schools have lied to you, the state has lied to you. The younger generation is mostly clueless because of the propaganda of the state and the crappy education system.

People were more intelligent in general a few generations ago, before the internet imo. The internet just overloads you with answers to questions, but it doesn't teach you to understand the question or the answer. It doesn't teach you to reason.
