Need I remind you something similar happened to one of the soldiers involved with the Jessica Lynch fiasco....having a BBQ at home and someone in military ops jumped up from behind his fence and popped him.

Shot 71 times!!!! that sounds like an execution style killing. And then make the paramedics wait, and then not even let them see him?? man alive, what did this chap witness and possibly object to? maybe during his tours of Iraq? they definately went into his house with the purpose of making totally sure he was dead 71 times. I don't believe that's just a bunch of 'trigger happy' SWAT team members, I'm pretty sure those guys would check out thoroughly their target before going in and unloading their guns on just anyone. Bet there's a cover-up of some military sort going on. 71 bullets just doesn't add up!!! It's like these victims who 'commit suicide' by shooting themselves at point blank range in the forehead TWICE!!

Something doesn't seem right. Normally narc-cops make a bee-line for the restroom to keep the drugs from being flushed down the commode. So... I don't know what to say.

(I also want to point out to the mods that somebody on here in this thread made a death-threat to the president and didn't even realize it.)

If they thought he had a meth lab, they wouldn't have fired a shot.... That # can kaboom pretty easy. People blow houses up all the time making that crap.

Seems about right to me.

I have said it before and I will say it again.Police/Swat do not have trigger discipline.I am former infantry and it was well known to keep an eye on these guys on the range.I think law enforcement needs army basic instead of their crappy police training.

71 shots? But how many fired?

Thought SWAT guys were surgical.

That's a sloppy mess. Not exactly what can be called a 'clean' shoot. Even in a death-by-cop scenario this seems a bit overkill. Just watched a vid the other day of a SWAT sniper shooting a small pistol from a distraught man's hand...

This more resembles the actions of a death squad. There's supposed to be a difference right?

Doesn't seem like they were too concerned about the wife and kid while they were spraying the place. Since when are closets impervious to gunfights?

So much for the old 'saving babies from crack' platform...

Even if the guy was a nut, this stinks.

He bled out for an hour? (Sounds like a soldier's death. Not an honorable one, but not all soldiers have honor.)

Why is it that civilians may only legally defend their lives with equal force, while law enforcement is able to use excessive force? Should it not be that what is good for the goose is good for the gander?

Any unbiased legal aid in the house?

Your post was making good sense and you almost sounded educated until you got to the point where you turned it into partisan politics. Any credibility you had just went out the window.

I could not agree more, the rule of law is dead. Squads of goons hopped up on testosterone injections and steroids are on the patrol. Hell many of these police chiefs even tell their officers to take them. I would know.

I think the question should be asked, what was the area he was working in, what did he know or see that may have been a factor in this, and more importantly, if they " TOOK " something from the house, it obviously was not officially evidence if it was not connected to drugs. So what did he have that they wanted, it seems that whatever it was, they wanted it, and him dead as well, so that he couldn't talk about it. Shocking !

F**K the Police. I have had a similar experience with the UK Police. They burst through my front with no warning and a battering ram(Completly destroying the door) pinned me to the ground and handcuffed me, hands behind my back(Five of them) and pointed a CS gas canister in my face. Asked me if i could read! To witch i replied "In more languages than you can, ya c**t!" They then proceded to show me a warrent to search my property in the wrong name that turns out to be for some black dude, im white!!!! At the time my girlfriend was 9 months pregnant!!! They serched my whole house, pulled up flooring and carpets, opened brand new baby garments and packets of wipes and nappies for our unborn child. Precededto strip search me(Luckily they only wanted to see between my bum checks and not up there thank god!) and man handle me. When nothing was found, they left with out even an apology. I have been to a solicitor, turns out we the people cant sue the Police in the UK unless they activly show malace toward you. I hope all cops burn in hell for supporting the totalitarian technocracy that is the United Kingdom! Ps they dident even pay for the door to be fixed!

where there is a SWAT team, there are unjustified killings. that's how it is.

This says it all really;

We shouldn’t be at all surprised that a Regime capable of sending Americans abroad to terrorize Iraqis in their homes would employ the same state terrorism against Americans here at home

This was not a "Special Weapons and Tactics" operation, this was a death-squad execution. Wholesale slaughter and excessive force. They could have easily wasted everyone in the home, then could have claimed it a murder-suicide, even if they fired over 200-rds.

Honestly, quite a sick story. I don't know how the police conduct themselves in Arizona, but where I live, in a quaint New England town, our area "special police" are dimwits who want to wear all the gear, and play with all the toys, but never had the cojones to join the military. Instead they go ape-crap over minor calls and get all excited when they have the opportunity to fire a few clips into a house. It happens once in a while around here, and it's completely unacceptable.

Overweight, impotent, retarded individuals who lack critical-thinking skills or self-restraint.

Just a thought. What if the sheeple woke up, realizied they were soverign beings and began their own swat teams to defend our own against a dying system. Sure you could call it vigilanti justice but the british labeled our originators tiaitors and terrorists too. It just depends on who writes history. Just like we are told our freedom is being defended in iraq and afghanistan, which I cringe everytime I hear that line, they see us more as invaders and occupiers. Depends on which side you are observing from.

I too live in New England and really couldn't agree any more with what you just said, in fact, there was a SWAT event a couple days ago in a major city. I happened to see an officer pull a gun on a squirrel, I think it startled him. That is how trigger happy some of these juice heads are.

I agree with you, but I don't think it would matter whether or not Republicans or Democrats had the power; it would STILL happen. Those two parties are just mere shadows hiding the faces of the real monsters behind the veil...

People keep telling me I have to accept that cop insanity is rare and I'm sick in the head for not loving them unconditionally.

They dont exactly make it easy to love them do they.

The whole "raid" thing has to stop. One innocent death is too damn many. It doesnt matter how many criminals get locked up if just one innocent person loses their life.

Just from today:

Duluth cop guilty of extorting own mother

Colorado cop purchases kiddy porn

SFPD misconduct vid released

NOPD officer rapes girlfriends 13yo daughter

Detective found running brothel, smuggling drugs

Sheriff guilty of extortion and drug charges

CHP oficer arrested in store thefts

Just today. Just today.
